Golden Chick — Restaurant in Dallas

I have been coming to this place for 8 years are more and this was the first time i have ever had an issue.. Ever!!!! I came through the day before and my big golden sandwich bun was burned and the sandwich was hard (meat).. the cup with with my lip was not on tight so when i pick it up the cup was smashed at the top which would caused the lip not to fit properly over the cup, so when i picked it up the drink out of it, it spilled on my clothes. * I called back when I got home to find my sandwich bun the way it was. I CALLED back and ask for a manager which was STAR an amazing manager, I explained to her and she ask me could I come back tomorrow which was Sunday and I did and she would replace my order. Star made good on what she said she would do. We'll I got my order and I ask for the drink, well here we go. Since Star was on break Marlene took my order through the drive thru...let me just say this RUDÈ!!!!!!!!! I ask her was there any ketchup in there she said it should be. I ask what about my drink for that order amd she said YOUR NOT GETTING A DRINK!!!! I explained to here about the drink and she said no, i ask her for her name and she I am not giving you my name and closed the window and turned her back. RUDE!!!! I DROVE OFF VERY UPSET.

I did order a 4 pcs catfish dinner for my husband and I did get his drink and meal 16.23.

But let me just say this was a one off deal. I have been going to this place for 8 yrs and this is the first of Ever!!!!

I'M VERY UPSET 😡!!! Yes i called and got Marlene name so I can report this one...

I ordered a. Chicken tender meal and got my order and the chicken strips was a small as my pinky finger! So I asked the cashier can they try to put either extra tenders are make them bigger she tells me we don't have control over the cooker we no the tenders are very small so we normally add extras in there. I also asked for barbeque sauce because I don't eat the gravy, she told me she had to charge me for barbeque sauce, and I had to give them my gravy back but in exchange! Then, I asked to get another drink because the big red was watery and she said I have to charge you for a refill! Really? They have poor management and no good service to the customers! I even called and talked to the manager this morning and she tells me she has to wait for Connie to come in after 3:00 to see what she wants to do about it! If she wants to fix my order over or leave situation as is because you have to bring your receipt, in which I have along with the food to get your order re done.... they seen my food before I walked out store and asked cashier can they fix the small chicken trips but she was so rude she didn't so I walked out and threw food in trash can. So I wasted $6.50 on a full me and got no justice. People like that doesn't belong in a foodbusiness! Customers are always right when it comes to food.... where's my refund since my order wasn't fixed again the correct...

So I decided to go for a family meal a few nights ago and the chicken was not fresh and it was cold, they forgot to put the sides in the bag. The only decent part of the meal was the bread. My wife calls back and explained what happened and they wrote it in their notebook I go back today for my meal that was supposed to be comped...I ask for a manager because the person who was supposed to take my order was too busy playing on their cell phone at the front counter. She identified herself as the manager I explain what happened the other night and she looks it up in their notebook. She then tells me she can give me the meal but with no bread because I already got the bread a few days ago. I told her I dont think that's right and not very good customer service. I told her I will pay for the dam bread. I didn't go there again for a free meal I went there again because they owed me free meal after screwing up my order. After I paid for the bread she decided to give me 2 extra rolls. As a chef, I would never do something like that. This place doesn't value customers who are not latino or Hispanic. I will NOT EVER GO BACK!!! If I could give them 1/2...
