Doughnut King — Restaurant in Dallas

Horrible horrible place. I was kind of broke this morning and I went to go get donuts here after I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. I woke up with my back killing me and the donut side was such a welcoming thing like it was sent from the heavens but I was mistaken after I ordered my donut sausage biscuit and got a bottle of water and a canned soda My total was up to like 680 something I forgot I only had like 6 20 something in my account when I asked the lady to take one of the drinks off because I had gotten two drinks for no good reason so that it would go through. She refused snatched the donuts up off the counter and told me to go put money on my card. So very very very rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills whatsoever. I would get donuts...

The older the owner gets the ruder she seems to get. I've been going here since before the Hispanic lady took over the shop. The Chinese people were very community oriented very friendly to our children. The last couple of times going here I got the feeling of not belonging there. Because she kept rushing me.."what else" not giving our party the opportunity to carefully pick what they wanted. They don't let you use your debit card unless you are spending 5 bucks or more smh, she stated " imma let you make it this time, but next time you need some cash" she also forgot to warm up my croissants 🤦‍♂️ so basically i just lost .. so if you go here you have to buy at least 6 dollars worth of doughs to get what I want 🤪🤣 I'm not going back. I can in this morning and tried to order but the lady was very rude. She didn't speak when I walked in so I said Good Morning to her and she keep working putting up croissants...So I said it again she turns around and answers her phone. So I politely asked her once got off the phone does she speak English well??? I was going to speak in Español... She looks at very sarcastically and says yes tell me what you want 😳.... I will never come here again. I only spend my money where its appreciated. I have never experienced such bad service at...
