If this is the Golden Chick that share a space with Exxon. I visited Golden Chick Sunday the 10th. A customer had placed and paid for their order. Maybe 5minutes later. The customer ask for two rolls. The younglady tld the customer the rolls in the oven were for the customers that had placed orders that were on the screen. That's Sad. She could have sold the customer the two rolls and cooked some more. It was approximately 2:0'Clock. You don't tell a customer that you can't sale them no rolls. That is poor customer service. I could see if it was close to closing time. BUT it wasn't. It was in the afternoon. The manager need to know about that incident. That wasn't professional. It seems like the young people really don't care about the customers. They need to have some air. That could be the problem. The heat from the back is coming to the front and they feel the heat. On May 6, 2022 I tried to place an order of combination shrimp fried rice. He loudly (rudel) demonstrating in the presence of customers you want this trailing behide the counter pointing various item. Evidently the owner was not trying to listen to me.
