THE SHORT LITTLE LADY THAT TAKES THE ORDERS IS SOOO RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. IAM PRETTY SURE WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING AND THEN CHANGE YOUR MIND RIGHT BEFORE SHE EVEN WRITES IS DOWN IS OK BUT MOT WITH HER ..... SHE HIT THE COUNTER WITH HER HANDS LIKE IN DISBELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND AND LOOKS AT ME LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS LIKE SHE WAS AGITATED... AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE MY MIND AS MANY TIMES AS I WOULD LIKE THAT BEING ONE TIME FOR ME AND SHE GAVE ME A CRAZY LOOK MIND YOU I HAD JUST PAYED FOR A DIFFRENT ORDER FEW MINUTES PRIOR .. MY HUSBAN HAD JUST CALLED ASKING IF I COULD GET HIM SOMTHING ALSO.. THIS HAS HAPPEN BEFORETO MYSELF AND TO FEW PEOPLE I KNOW .. I OVER LOOKED IT I MEAN WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS BUT IAM GUESSING SHES ALWAYS HAVING ONE LOL... NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THIS PLACE IS NEVER BUSY.. POOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY RUDE LADY THE FOOD IS OK NOTHING THAT WE WILL MISS. WE JUST LIKE TO SUPPORT BUSINESSES AROUND THE AREA AND THIS ONE WILL NO...

I called ahead to verify that they menudo. The person who answered the phone did not speak English, so I used my Google translate to ask if they had any left. I was told yes, so I arrived at the restaurant, and there was a couple ordering at the counter, so I began walking towards the restroom. Abruptly I was stopped and told restrooms are for customers only. I replied OK so I need to order first, then let me order. I didn’t want to interrupt the people ordering in front of me so I requested menudo and was told now they don’t have any more.. Confused I showed my phone to show that I called prior and asked and I was told it was available I concede and asked if I may use the restroom and was told no only customers. This establishment I believe this place is racist towards people of my color which I am an African and denied me service...

I've been going here for a total of 4 times in the past 4 years and only once per year and I go when they aren't busy and I just order a simple torta and ask how long it'll take and they said 6 minutes. The first year I came it took them 28 minutes to get me my torta, the next year it wasnt much better around 25 minutes, 3rd year it took them 20 and yesterday it took them 18 minutes. Their food takes forever literally and they didnt even follow my directions on how I wanted my torta they just made the menu version despite me telling them to remove a few items. I rang the doorbell by the window at least 3 times over 12 minutes and the lady never came so I guess that doesn't work or she just ignores the bell all...
