The 1st time I ate here was amazing and I have been so excited to go back, well I explained to my fiance and son how AMAZING this place was so we stopped to eat there, and yall let me tell you, I have never felt more ignored and more out of place at any other restaurant in my entire life. We were completely ignored from the time we walked in until the time we walked out over 30minutes later. After 10 minutes, I got up to tell a waitress what drinks we wanted and that we were ready to order, she said okay, yet never brought our drinks, never took our order,she instead sat down with other crew members and not one of them ever acknowledged us. As I was a waitress for many many years I understand that you get busy and forget some stuff, but to instead completely ignore a table, on purpose, especially after one of them had to get up and look for any type of service, I couldn't even imagine doing. If you come here it’s gotta be for the barbacoa. Don’t expect to come here and get the best shrimp of your life. They have barbacoa in the name for a reason. The barbacoa is juicy but not greasy or oily. It is so tender and has a strong wood smoky taste. Rice and beans were bland. Red salsa is better than green but if you mix both, done deal. Horchata was so good its not made with premade powder they make it themselves and do a pretty good job. The reviews are right the wait time is a little long. Got there at 10:10am and it was already packed to the brim. Got our order taken at around 10:45am. Our server was nice and attentive and served us with a good attitude despite being so busy. Excelente el sazon Siempre acudi ahi sabados o domingos pero actualmente estan estafando a nuestra gente .. al parecer el nuevo dueno desde que cambio de los anteriores, no a puesto atencion a su negocio, desde que cambiaron de duenos, solo dos o tres veces se le vio.. o las dos o tres primeras semanas .. pues nosotros ibamos sabados y domingos, actualmente estoy segura que sera recomendacion del dueno pero las meseras pues en diversas ocasiones me a tocado que nos atiendan diferentes personas, estan estafando a nuestra gente.. usan la misma tactica.. les pides la cuenta, segun ellas usan la calculadora y te dan la cuenta cobrandote de mas .. aparte por los ingredientes que supuesto llevan un taco como es la cebolla y cilantro.. te lo contan aparte, no se diga de la salsa o una tortilla extra que pidas te la cibran como una orden.. esto es inaudito.. porque si ti cuenta normal es 33.00 te cobran 40 o en ocasiones he tendido que reclamar donde fui con mi familia y me estaban cobrando 25.00 mas no es posible que este pasandole esto a nuestra gente.. porque estoy segura que no solo a mi me a pasado .. y hay mucha gente que no se fija en su cuenta.. yo lo he hecho ya porque me empece a dar cuenta que nos cobraban demasiado, al principio lo deje asi, pues me dio mas pena reclamar a mi pero no es justo para nosotros.. Siento mucho no ver aho ya a Juanita la encargada que siempre fue muy amable .. pero al parecer ella tampoco va mucho..pues en diversas ocasiones he preguntado por ella para exponerle este incinveniente pero nunca la encuentro, la verdad no se si siga como encargada. Es lamentable estos sucesos porque nos gustaba tanto la barbacoa de ahi y el sazon de los anteriores duenos que siempre cuidaron de su negocio y la cloenteka hasta que decidieron venderlo al nuevo dueno.. Creo que tendre que acudir a la secretaria federal del consumidor para exponer mi queja pues no es justo que le este pasando esto a nuestra misma gente..y a mi personalme..UNA RECOMENDACION: SIEMPRE SIEMPRE CHEQUEN SUS CUENTAS PORQUE SIEMPRE TRATAN DE ESTAFAR A UNO...
