What a wonderful experience. The owners, Ann and Wayne were some of the nicest people you could imagine. Beautiful well kept grounds, the inside has a beautiful, rustic, historic feel. They have a lovely common room with comfortable seating, tables, a small library, all sorts of board games for kids and adults alike. Inside of the room was very clean and well kept, the king bed, and the day beds were both very comfortable and themed. The bathroom was also very clean with fresh towels and other comforts such as soaps. Very warm feeling, very cozy. The breakfast was homemade by Anne in the morning. Was very tasty, and we'll rounded. She even takes requests. The linens were clean, well kept, and beautiful. The place is also not too far from places like Cedar Point, Castaway Bay, and other Sandusky parks.
The scenery was amazing as well. It was on Marblehead and a lot of really beautiful places to walk, and enjoy the lake and scenery. If you have ideas or need directions, Anne and Wayne were wonderful people who knew the peninsula and surrounding areas very well. Very nice destinations for dinner around there as well.
This was a trip I went on with my significant other. She feels the same way that I do. We go to Cedar Point generally once a year. Not only have we found a new destination for that summer trip, but we also found a wonderful destination to just escape for a few days. Rooms are very reasonably priced, and the value far exceeds anything I even imagined. I have stayed at many hotels, as well as bed and breakfast locations in my life, and this place has been by far my favorite out of all of them. Such a wonderful place, with wonderful owners. I encourage couples, families, anyone to visit the Victorian In Bed and Breakfast. You will not be...

Read moreI truly appreciated the impressive cleanliness of the entire B&B. The Hosts Jeff & Shelley go above and beyond to make certain that guests have a positive experience! The fine tuning of the beautiful decor and awesome land scaping that is done make this a very pristine place to stay! I was delighted to find a Keurig coffee machine on every floor with many varieties of coffee to chose from. There was also a large selection of fine tea to enjoy hot tea. The Continental Breakfast provided us with plenty of food so that we didn't need to go out to a restaurant to eat. All of us truly enjoyed sitting on the gliding rockers and chairs on the numerous decks to enjoy the peace and quiet and good conversation. I was pleasantly surprised to find everything from dental floss picks to room deodorizer to iron and ironing board. They left no stone unturned! I was amazed to finally stay at a place that had both comfortable pillows and mattress. Usually it's one or the other...
