I would have rated with zero stars if it was possible. I was having a hard time finding sewing thread to repair my canvas and was told to try this canvas shop. I needed something strong and uv resistant for my boat canvas. I wish I had a camera when I asked this shop if they sold thread. You would have thought I was asking if they could cure cancer. Needless to say, they wouldnt sell me any thread. Not sure of the woman's name, but she was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She looked at me like I was a complete fool. Like I was going to a canvas shop to buy a new car. There are plenty of other options when it comes to canvas shops in the marblehead and port clinton area. How you treat people when they walk into your business says alot. If you think about it, if a guy is looking to buy a spool of thread to fix his canvas, then it may be coming time to have a new canvas made. We have been trying to get cushions made for our porch glider for three seasons now. Not sure what the problem was with this, they have lost the order we physically wrote up with them twice, have not returned phone calls EVER. Apparently there is one person able to take care of business, he never calls back, is never there to take phone calls. Seriously frustrated with these people; they have been reported to do excellent work, we just wanted to give them an option! NEVER going to recommend them...

Took 3 small hatch covers to be replaced. Said they would be ready in a week, went back 10 days later and they had not been touched. Went back 2 days later and still nothing and they acted like that was ok. I retrieved my covers and drove 2/10s of a mile down road to a wonder company that made my covers in 2 days as promised. If you don't mind the "we will get to it when we are good and ready" mentality, then this is you place. If i could do a no star that's what i would rate it. Horrible...
