Sleep Number — Hotel in Denton

Our experience at the Denton Store was a really great one. The staff at the store was wonderful. If I had any complaint it would be having to pay 200 dollars to have a very expensive bed delivered and set up, should be included in the price and should not be a extra charge. Date 11/3/20 I would need to add that since I posted this review we have had several problems, the staff at the store did not follow through with what they promised, it took almost a month after the first bed was delivered before actually getting a bed that would work, even today the electronics still do not work correctly despite working with Customer Service. I am not sure weather they do not have people that can fix the problems or is it that they do not care. But either way we still do not have a bed where that is completely working. I would not recommend this bed for the money you spend. I will say that it has been comfortable and does sleep good but falls short on their promises. So I would change my rating from...

I purchased a replacement part- air bag for about $160 for my sleep number bed in march 2023, there was a 30 day warranty for faulty product. The product was faulty. I called several times to have them replace it and it was still within the warranty time frame. They sent me other parts I did not need and I made it clear from the beginning that all I needed was the air bag replacement. In order to speak to a manager they had to call you back, play phone tag. Customer service was so rude, interrupted me constantly and refused to honor the warranty. I tried several times to talk to someone about their decision to not honor the warranty and although I did speak to a supervisor briefly, they told me that I needed to speak to another supervisor- the one who denied my request. We were suppose to get our bed yesterday only for the delivery guy to claim nobody was home and left. I am 31wks pregnant and on bed rest so I assure you i was home. I saw him parked outside my home so I made sure to put my dogs in the backyard. Waited 10mins nobody came to the door. Saw they were still parked out front so I assumed they were on a phone call or double checking paperwork. Another 15mins go by still nobody came to the door. I look outside and they left. They claim nobody answered the door and they couldnt have him turn back around because he already clocked out. Hmm.. Well nobody knocked or rang my doorbell. Now we get to wait until the very end of this month and I get to be a high risk pregnant woman who gets to sleep on the floor for the rest of the month. Thanks for nothing.
