I'm glad I was prompted to make this review. I went inside to avoid the long drive through line. I ordered my food to go it was just one single Patty burger. I noticed another person before I left complained about his bun. The manager offered to remake it for him. A few minutes later I got my burger and left as I'm driving down the highway...... I bite into it and I hear a crunch..... that was the bottom bun.... and it wasn't toasted..... being extremely hungry I continue to eat and the middle of the bun was chewy and tasted funny..... I pulled over turn the light on in my car and saw that the other half of the bottom bun was also crunchy on the edge I threw the bottom but away but ate the rest of the burger and within an hour was extremely ill.... horrible horrible horrible quality control on the line when you pick up a hamburger bun and you realize that it's hard why would you serve it to the public?!?! I really like in and out however I will never go back to this location and something needs to be done!!!! You guys have our lives in our hands when you give us bad food and training is in order! DON’T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES/CELIAC ! I was told this establishment is very cautious with food sensitivities/cross contamination. It even seemed that way when I pulled up to pay they double checked everything and repeated it back to me. I called before hand and tried explaining my situation to the girl who was outside taking the orders. She cut me off like “yeah,yeah” while I was explaining the precautions I need to take. I have had a pretty serious reaction for 2 days because there was gluten. Last night I was unable to walk due to the severity of pain I was experiencing. Some of us have a disease that when we are exposed to gluten our organs and body swells and it is very painful. As well as many other symptoms.
