Today, I went with family to have lunch and the whole experience was horrible. First, when you order iced tea, it should be iced tea and not water with some tea in it. I have a picture of it too. Second, the waitress is very rude and when you say thank you for receiving your food or let's say, part of your order. There was no your welcome from her as she acts put out to even deal with us. Third, my order came out after everyone else finished their meals as I took mine home. I received my meal from a different waitress because our waitress started to avoid us. The other waitress should receive the tip. Fourth, when my mother has to ask 3 times to get a to go box from the waitress is cute you know. Was not friendly and cold. If she doesn't like her job or be around custumers, get a at home job and don't be around public please. Usually we get excellent service. 8 did take pictures of the difference between sweet tea and my watered tea at which she said that they have to make more. If you have to make more, don't serve 2 unsweet teas to customers. I would rather have someone say, I have water right now as we brew more tea, sorry for the inconvenience. Politeness goes along ways. By the way, we received the bill before I received my meal from the second waitress that was excellent to me and my family. She should get a solid thank you.so please review your cameras or ask me to send photos, I know the rude waitress seen me take them. I received your text about contacting me. I have a picture already and it ask for me to take a picture instead of sending my copy. My brother paid the ticket and I don't want a refund. It's never about that. It was about the experience I had being targeted. Not for free stuff. I will be back some other time. I have been there many times before and it's been 4 weeks since then. Read moreI was extremely disappointed with my experience last night August 8,2020. My friends and I had decided to go on a celebratory dinner. We chose here because it’s my favorite place to eat. But our experience started declining as soon as we sat at our table. Our server was whom initially told us she was 17 so she was familiar with the menu or the alcoholic beverages. So the bar tender came to help and brought the drink back and we still had no drinks on the table that we ordered after sitting down which was like 10 mins later. Then she comes back with our drinks and asks my friend to see her ID. I told her the bar tender took care of it. Then she asked were we ready and i said no not quite yet. Because one of my friends hadn’t been there before and she still proceeded to take the order making us feel rushed. Next , we didn’t get rolls until after the appetizers arrived. Which was brought to the table by someone else. Then , when we finally got the rolls they weren’t even warm. At this point i was ready to leave because the experience was HORRIBLE. Then i didn’t get a refill on my beverage until my meal arrived. Which she had already been to the table to notice my empty glass. The table time had to be close to two hours when only should have been an hour and a half at the most. She hardly came too check on us. I believe she came to our table three times other than that it was someone else bringing us things and checking on us. Finally we had had enough so we asked for Togo boxes and the manager. I spoke with the manager and he offered us free fresh rolls Togo or a dessert. I told him no sir i just wanted to communicate this to you because the next table won’t be so nice and understanding. Read moreUpdate: 5/18/2023 It's has been awhile since we have been here but decided to give it another try. This time was tons better. We were seated quickly. Our waitress, Beverly, was fast, and looked hard to anticipate our needs before we asked and was just an all around nice person. Unfortunately, they were out of the food we ordered after we had placed the order. The manager on duty came by and sincerely apologized and offered some suggestions that turned out to be delicious. I never expect perfection as things happen. This crew, however, was fantastic and I am happy to change my review and stars Thanks for a great meal!
Update 8/19/2022. I forgot to update my review last month when I left because my food was never brought out. For some reason, we decided to come back today. There is hardly anyone in the restaurant (see picture) and once again the service is agonizingly slow. We have been seated for an hour and still have not seen our food (table of 4). This is not limited to one employee. This is persistent enough that it is indicative as a management issue and probably a neglectful owner. We left after an hour and a half with no food once again. I am truly done with this place.
Update: 2/15/2022: tonight was much better. Service was fast and the food was good. Updated stats reflect the average. Tonight's service was 5 stars.
The restaurant was only 1/4 full. There were 4 cold in the kitchen and it took an hour and twenty minutes to get out food. The food tasted good. An apology was made by our waited but that was it. I hate our post covid world...
