Tried ti order a charm online for my daughter's birthday when checking out it said technical difficulties try again which I did and git the same message. I realized later that they had charged me 75.00 on both attempts but no order was placed. I called James Avery and they could gave cared less Saud you don't have a confirmation # so the charges will fall off. We'll 10 dats later the charges posted to my account. Now I have to dispute them through my bank. Meantime I still haven't been able to get my daughter anything fir her birthday cause Jane's avery has my money. I called this store after calling other stores and not finding the bracelet I was hunting. My mother had lost a bracelet that had meant a lot to her and James Avery was retiring it. I could not order it online but the young woman who answered the phone in this store offered to order it for me because she was able to do so. No other store offered to do that. My mother is 93 and I really wanted to get this to her for Mother’s Day. BAD service! Every time I want to leave my bracelet so they can put my new charm I request to not put my bracelet in the tumbler and just polish it with the cloth and they don’t do it , and now I receive all my charms scratched I hate that!. it happens one time and they replace the charm that was scratched and now I just don’t want to buy anymore anything because every time they’re gonna messed up my bracelet that’s terrible !!!
