El Boulevar Sports Bar — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

I hadn't been to this location in about 10 years. Back then it was a total dive bar with "fichera" girls. This time I experienced a fairly nice bar while I watched both the Canelo vs. GGG Trilogy boxing match and the Dodgers vs. Giants baseball game simultaneously. The waitresses and bartenders were very nice. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for watching future sports events. Noisy, trashy bar. Pool cues are old. Clientele is your typical gang affiliated garbage complete with fragile egos. No shortage of shady interactions going on in the open. They seem to try and entice new customers by turning up their sound system on karaoke nights with poor results.

I have nothing against local dive bars. But this place is nothing compared to local bars in neighborhoods like Eagle Rock, Highland Park,...
