Not a fan! I like my coffee hot and black and I refuse to pay $5 or more for some frilly cream filled cup with some coffee splashed in for good measure. I make coffee at home for about 5 cents per cup and it's stronger than most anywhere. If you have to spend money on coffee because you can't or won't wake up early enough then go to 7-11 or McDonalds or Jack in the box and spend a dollar for a halfway descent cup of coffee instead of $5 at Starbucks. Imagine how much money you'll save and all those fattening calories you won't have to work off later in life. The drink I order is always made correctly. The staff is friendly and engaged. I never feel as though I'm speaking to a brick wall. (Sadly, I've noticed more often than not. Service industries being on the decline. Staff no longer are required to treat customers well. At this point I think I almost want to be treated poorly.
