Pay for a monthly membership and the indoor pool is always either closed or you can only use one side of it. They then include nothing outdoor, the water park, with membership even though the inside is ALWAYS closed or only partially available to no fault of the paying members. The staff are mostly teenagers which would be fine if they communicated. One will tell you something then at shift change you're being told to move or something completely different. They sometimes don't have enough life guards so of course they prioritize the outdoor, the money maker, and paying members are left out of luck and still expected to pay for the outdoor park on top of the membership fee even though it's not their fault they don't have enough life guards. Have an autistic toddler who first of all doesn't want to be in the more crowded outdoor water park and also loves swimming more than anything but now the membership is not worth the money like we thought it would be. The front office is poorly run. I was a member for 18 years and lost my job, so my membership stopped. I went back in a few weeks afterwards to restart it and they had me fill out a new form, which is understandable even though I was still in the system and nothing had changed. After that 6-month block ended I went back to restart it and they told me I had to fill out a new form, again - even though nothing had changed. But here’s the kicker. The woman said “we don’t have any forms.” Dear Civic Center, would you like me to show you how to locate the Word or PDF membership file on your computer and then show you how to print one?

How about we explore option B which is there was a family behind me in line and the desk woman didn’t feel like dealing with anything more than quick-checking some ID’s.

Called ahead checked websites and all stated on 3 different occasions they were open they never are. And any event, competition or event they decide to host, is posted on the door or Facebook. When the website phones and public schedules all say they are open and they clearly aren't. Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your gas. And don't believe their website. Schedules. Or people on the phone none of them match and all will claim they are open when they clearly are not. Save yourself the headache and trouble and avoid farmington civic center unless you pay to have a spot. And I advise caution even then they still don't hardly remain open enough to waste money on memberships the hours are spotty. And the people that run the civic center are air heads that don't...
