We checked in on Christmas afternoon (2024). Check in was quick and easy. The lobby was clean and very spacious. There were plenty of places to gather with family or friends out in the open, and a bonus was a sectional-like seating arrangement that had built-in USB console ports every few tables. You can use a laptop, tablet, and keep your phone charged without having to get up at all! That's a welcome feature in the common areas. Our room was a King Suite with Bedroom. It was just me and my husband, but it had sleeping for a few more people because of the sofa bed. The bathroom had plenty of room to do what needed to be done, although I wish the counter with the sink was wider. The shower was roomy. My favorite feature for the bathroom was the fact that it had two doors! Guests don't have to come into the bedroom (which had it's own door) to use the bathroom. The living room and bedroom had smart televisions, which was fantastic for watching YouTube or other streaming. The WIFI was quick too! The kitchen was set up like a studio, and I love that the fridge was tall enough to hold pretty much anything we could've bought that needed cold storage. I didn't like that the hotel ice machine was on one floor, but the ice kept really well in the freezer of the refrigerator inside the ceramic ice bucket found in our room. I wasn't impressed with the coffee provided in the room, but the coffee at breakfast wasn't disappointing. Breakfast was on the mediocre side, but it had enough hot choices to take care of the appetite. (The hotel is less than 3 minutes' drive from plenty of eateries if breakfast there doesn't satisfy you.) Every person on the staff that we met was super friendly. I am definitely impressed with smiling personnel. If they were just acting like they appreciated us being there, they...
Read morecharging price rant hotel review below If you are EV charging. AVOID. Rates are more than the supercharger. $0.45 a Kw is highway robbery. Across the street at the Comfort Inn they have Tesla chargers for F R E E. We're already paying to stay at the hotel, and yet they suck another $30 from us when I would have spent $19.57 at the supercharger before stopping OR honestly just booked the Comfort Inn across the way with free charging for guests.
Avoid the Holiday Inn as well, its owned by the same Hospitality group. RNB Hospitality gets the spirit airlines award for the suckage of money. Average rates for power in that area was 0.17 and thats residental. Commerical gets better rates, so they're making a margain off this.
Ranting about charging aside.
Hotel review This hotel is rather new and the amenities are still in great shape. Fitness room and pool room are brand new and the equipment is top notch. Digital check in was extremely easy, and room was quiet.
Room 108 is weird though, at 6AM there was a rhythmic tapping from what I think were the pipes. Avoid that room if you're looking for quiet. I slept right next to the Elevator bank and could barely hear the chime. Well done for soundproofing.
Staff was amazing and helped me out with any questions. The hotel snack area is decently stocked with a...
Read moreTraveling from Ga to Az. Stopped in here for the night on New Years Day around 11:30pm! Great hotel. Staff was amazing, even at 11:30pm, Ms. Gina was very helpful and had great customer service. Room was HUGE with a full sized fridge, a sitting area that was separated by a floor to ceiling curtain, kitchen area with plates and service for 4. Nice wardrobe area in the room and big bathroom. I LOVE IT when the personal care items in the shower have large enough print to read without glasses. Have used hair conditioner instead of body wash too many times because I couldn’t see the tiny print on the bottle. Hot and cold breakfast oatmeal, waffles, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, various breads and English muffins as well as cereal, juice, and milk. Plenty of seating in the lobby. If I had any suggestions ( not a complaint at all) would be to maybe have two waffle irons for busy...
