We visited here last week for 3 days. The location is OK, but not great. There seemed to be a lot of vagrants in the area, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Plus it is right next to the main highway going into town and the traffic was noisy way into the night.

The bathrooms and shower were clean, but the ladies handicap stall had no toilet paper. There wasn't even a place to hang a roll of toilet paper in that stall.

They have a "dog park" but I wouldn't really call it a dog park. It was more like a dog run, approximately 10' x 20'. No room for a dog to run around, but enough room to do it's businesses. The dog run also has crushed rocks as the substrate. Not very comfortable for the dog's feet, and also makes it hard to pick up the poop without also picking up a handful of rocks.

I had only 1 contact with the staff, which was when I called and reserved the spot. The staff was very friendly and got it taken care of quickly. The morning of arrival, I received a text message stating I was checked in so I did not have to go to the office when we arrived ... just had to park. Very easy process.

One other plus, they give a Good Sam's member discount.

A few things that are not desirable about this RV Park:

The sites are very close together. The spaces are separated by railroad ties. We were all the way against the railroad tie on the left side, and the space left over on the right side was barely large enough to put out lawn chairs.

The front door of my trailer opened up just a few feet away from the neighbor's sewer drain.

The sewer drain on our side was too far back in the site. We had to back our trailer all the way up against the fence, then we still could barely reach with our 2 sewer hoses. The drain should have been placed closer towards the front of the site.

As stated above, it is very noisy here. The park is right on the major highway. The traffic noise went late into the night.

No amenities except for a shower. Ok for just an overnight stay, but wouldn't want to stay for...

Never Staying Here Again ! We reserved a campsite for our 30 ft motorhome in October 2023, we were arriving in September 2024. We paid a deposit and received a confirmation email for our RV reservation. We needed stuff delivered to the campground so we called them to get a mailing address a week before our arrival. They gave us the mailing address and then said you're not booked in an RV site you are booked in a tiny house. We explained to the gentleman about our reservation and he said oh okay, no problem we will put you in an RV site. Then the day before our arrival we received a phone call from them saying we do not have an RV site for our stay, but they could give us a site that is 20 ft long so we explained we have a 30 ft motorhome. Warning of our arrival we got a text message from them saying that we were reserved in a tiny house. So we delayed our arrival by one day. We arrived we spoke to Rico and he got us into a site where we would fit. Apparently the owner of the park is the one that switched us from a motorhome spot to a tiny house. Each of your phone calls were handled by the motel next door. We got a message from Amazon that the package was not deliverable. So we called UPS in town and they said they don't have a mailing address at the RV park they only have a PO box. UNREAL! If you want frustration and stress definitely stay at this RV Park. We have full-time in our RV for 6 years and have never had such a fiasco pulling into an RV campground. Sorry Rico, we will...

(NEGATIVE* 5 stars) We reserved this place back about 1/2 a year ago for 2 nights and we paid a deposit of equal to one of the two nights of our stay. Several days before we were to depart to go to this place a family member came down with the COVID and we had to cancel everything. They have no phone # to contact them; the only communication is thru email. We sent them a email stating we had to cancel due to a family health issue. INSTANTLY we were fraudulent charged from this place on our checking account for the 2nd nights stay amount. COMPLETELY UNACEPTABLE; we agree we lose the deposit we paid_ that's fine! But NOT acceptable fo take additional money beyond the " deposit" We warned them thru email that their actions were not tolerated and they better put or money back EMEDIATELT or we will be pursuing bank actions against them! There was NO reply email from them! The next day, we called the bank. We were told we had to call back once the charges on the account were not " pending" anymore. Two days later, the charges were not pending, so we called back and opened a case against this fraudulent business. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this scam place at ALL COST!!!! DONT EVEN give them any account information as they WILL fraudulently take money from...

Under new ownership and is a work in progress. It is not a resort, just a large lot with a great location. Great wifi! Very quiet, spacious lots, no hassle, and great location next to sagebrush inn (great bar) and there's a taco stand across the street (great breakfast tacos). Super close to the local gym/tennis club and a short drive to downtown. The whole thing is loose, large gravel. which makes it hard to get level and to get traction.
