Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fresno

!!!Do NOT go to this location!!! The OWNER of this location is named Olivia. My husband had been working there for the last 3 months. They are incredibly verbally abusive to their employees. After a month straight of not paying him and harassing him when he would ask for answers, Olivia pulled him aside tonight and strongly insinuated my husband was special needs for ask her why he's not received a payment in over a month. She said, and I quote, "so are you like slow or do you just not care to try? Because you're coming off R*TARDED." So he quit on the spot. Who in their right mind treats their employees like that?! We're following up with corporate. Other problem workers there are John, Sam, and Ghia.

Now, business wise: They do not care about your health, not customizing for allergies and then refusing to replace and/or refund you. They will deliberately give you half your order and then gaslight you over what was ordered when confronted, this has happened to me personally at this location at very least 20+ times over the last year and a half a lone. They steal your money and mess up your orders.

I wish I could give this location a negative rating. Olivia, I really do hope that you have the life you deserve. Because the way you treat people will NOT go...

I'm on a low carb diet and I ordered a side of beans and a side of the shredded chicken and the proportion was very ridiculous! It was 3 table spoons total of both items. I took it back and they said well "that's what you ordered" The cashier was very rude! I called the 1-800 TACO BELL and they said they would take care of the matter. About a week later I got a call from the manager that offered to replace my meal. When I went back my order was great, nice proportions and customer service. About a week later I went back and everything was fine I got great service and food. About two weeks later I ordered the same thing and got the ridiculous proportion again! I had talked to the manager and again I got the rude comment well "that's what you ordered". I go to every other Taco Bell in Fresno and I always get the correct amount. I'm paying close to $2.00 for 3 tablespoons of beans & shredded chicken combined?!? This place is ridiculous and very rude! I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever! And everyone I know has...

I have been to many taco bells in my life but none as bad as this one. We were the only ones inside and still waited for nearly 15 minutes for one order. When the order finally came it was the wrong order and they didn't give any forks for the beans we ordered. Then we had to wait an extra 2 minutes just to grab a fork. The lady running the front didnt greet us at all, just asked what we wanted and each time i ordered something she would look up and say "is that all" as if its an inconvenience to her what I'm ordering. Worst experience in a taco bell i have had. Then for the frosting on top they said their freeze machines were broken but then when there lunch rush hit they gave them all freezes like it wasnt broken at all, Only 10 minutes...
