Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Fresno

So, you'd be inclined to think that all Carl's locations are about the same, and while that is sort-of true, there are differences. At this particular location whoever is in the kitchen is taking the business of making burgers more seriously than most places. The condiments are laid out more neatly and the burger is wrapped more carefully, snug so it doesn't slide around or come apart, but not so tight it's smashed. It's a little thing but it really does improve the experience. If I go to the Shaw location it seems I get something that's much harder to handle so after a while just gave up and drive south. I'm actually rather taken with the Beyond burger. I did notice Beyond cut their prices and Carl's didn't pass that savings along. lukewarm fries are sadly a serious risk at both locations. I've sort of given up and gone the onion ring route since they are much more prone to be fried to-order so are...

WARNING: if you eat here at night or early in the morning, you will most likely get food poisoning! I came to this location 4 different times, tried different burgers hoping to get a good one...seriously I tried. The older latina manager and her employee's dont care about the food quality. The burgers I got were colder than my drink. If this is a franchise owned location the owner needs to sell to someone better and the employees need to be arrested for contributing to food illness. If fresno sent an undercover health inspector this place would be permanently closed and should. All the 4 and 5 star reviews for this location are fake because if you go at night or in the morning you will see what I'm talking about. Spend your money at the Carl's jr on Shaw Ave off the 99. Its way better and the food is hot to the touch from the bag. Please please be careful buying...

I recently stopped by Carl's Jr. for a quick bite to eat, and I have to say, the Western Bacon Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. It was juicy, flavorful, and everything I was hoping for in a burger.

However, one downside to the experience was the presence of homeless people loitering around the building. While it didn't necessarily impact the quality of the food or service, it did detract from the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Despite this, I still enjoyed my meal and appreciated the fast service and affordable prices. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. If you're in the mood for a tasty burger, Carl's Jr. is definitely worth checking out. Just be prepared for the possibility of homeless people...
