SPECIFICALLY ORDERED (through Door Dash due to COVID) AND LISTED THAT MY KID IS ALLERGIC TO PEANUT BUTTER AND TO AVOID USING EQUIPMENT WHICH WOULD USE THE PEANUT BUTTER IN MAKING THE MILKSHAKE. ALSO STATED THAT IF THEY COULDN'T AVOID, TO SUBSTITUTE FOR A ROOT BEER.

WHAT DID THEY GIVE MY KID THROUGH DOOR DASH?! A PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKE!!!

MY KID SPIT IT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND WE TOOK STEPS TO TREAT AND MONITOR CONDITION. IT GOT BAD, BUT THANKFULLY NOT ENOUGH TO RISK COVID AT HOSPITAL (AKA NEVER ANY TROUBLE BREATHING, BUT OTHER SIDE EFFECTS DID COME INTO PLAY). BUT IT WAS CLOSE.

I CALLED UP TO COMPLAIN AND THE YOUNG WOMAN I SPOKE TO WAS NOT ONLY RUDE ABOUT IT, SHE WAS DISMISSIVE OF THE SITUATION AND TRIED TO BLAME US FOR THE ERROR, DESPITE CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. SHE LITERALLY DIDN'T CARE THAT THEY COULD HAVE COST SOMEONE THEIR LIFE.

THIS WAS NO ACCIDENT. IT COULD ONLY BE MALICIOUS INTENT CONSIDERING THEY WERE ABLE TO SEE AND DID IN FACT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BURGER (ALTHOUGH THEY IGNORED MY CHEESESTEAK'S INSTRUCTIONS TOO). SO, OBVIOUSLY THERE CAN'T EVEN BE THE DEFENSE OF THE COOK NOT BEING ABLE TO...

I tried this ace the other day and the service is a minus 0 in my experience. They took to long to make food and to answer the window. I sat there with no idea when my food was coming. They cover the window with paper so you can't see what's going on with your food or even to wave someone down. When I did finally get my food they wanted to charge 75 cents for the burger King size BBQ sauce. I thought that was crazy. There was no apology for the wait time and the girl working there could care less. The chicken strip were over cooked but tasted good. The Chile cheese fries had no flavor. It looks like a whole in the wall that has been there a long time. Usually I like the holes in the wall they have good food and good sevice just a old building. But not this place. I will never good back. They made me late to Disney on Ice. One...

Terrible customer service if you have an issue. How are you going to order $25 worth of food including a fish dinner and not offer any tarter sauce for the fish or dressing for the medium salad, "you have to ask for it" . " You can come back and get sauce" My food will be cold by the time I get sauce and asked if I can return it and get something else, they said no because there is nothing wrong with my order! I asked to speak to the manager and they said he is busy cooking, I'm sorry the last I heard about good customer service the manager is usually available to help you, or address your concern. The decency at an all time low and the cheapness at an all time high. I also said because they can't fix my order I won't be visiting them anymore and they said okay that's fine. As if they do not care about there job...
