My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here while en route to Phoenix. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by Richelle at the front desk. She is wonderfully kind and warmhearted, and made us feel instantly welcome. When I asked her if the pool was open, she told me with sincere regret that it was closed for maintenance. She immediately sensed our deep disappointment since we only ever book hotels with indoor pools during cold or cool months. Swimming is a highlight of every travel experience for us since we do not have access to a pool at our private residence, and we recently experienced an out-of-order pool the last time we stayed in a Denver hotel just a few weeks earlier. The important thing is that Richelle was genuinely sorry about this inconvenience, and her sincere remorse took the edge off our discontent. I understand that pools need maintenance, but I wish someone had contacted us via email, text, or phone prior to our checking in so that we could have looked into other options. All things considered, this was our only negative experience with this property, and I would have given five stars if it weren't for this unfortunate occurrence. Our room was amazing! It had so much space for the five of us with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. We could have stayed here comfortably for days if that was our plan. We did have a small issue with the room safe not operating, but the maintenance man, Phil, came up quickly and resolved that issue. This brings me to the point that the service at this hotel was the absolute best part of our stay here. Richelle was so thoughtful and kind, and recommended Earl's Family Restaurant to us which we all thoroughly enjoyed. On top of that, Phil was remarkably helpful and kind while making our room safe work again. Also, breakfast was quite good, especially considering that it was included. We appreciated the proximity to I-40 and to Earl's, and would definitely stay here again as long as the...

We checked in here fairly late (around 1am). Parked both of our vehicles in a very well lit spot. Our son was moving from Texas to Utah to go to college, so he had everything he owned in the truck. Ther load in the back was covered and tossed down right. He took his dog out and checked on his truck st 3. When he came out again around 8:15, he discovered the back of his truck had been robbed. We immediately reported it to the staff. They were friendly but stated they have been asking for better and more cameras but the owners won't do it. Apparently this is a common issue here and in this area. The police did come, but didn't even take a report. There was over $2,000 with of things stolen and from a kid that is scraping and saving too go to school. The room was nice enough but not worth being violated like that and them absolutely no response.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY AND YOUR SAFETY!!!
Edit 1/8/21 - To the owner who responded to my review. It will not allow me to respond back....
You response is an untruth. Your employee showed me the video of three males stealing from my truck! We could see them walking away, but not the actual theft. Your employee stated that they have repeatedly told you your security cameras do not adequately show the property and that this kind of thing happens all the time. The police said they could not take a report, there was nothing they could do. But did state that this happens frequently there. There is no security fence. Not enough camera coverage. No security patrol or guard. Nothing that protects your customers or their possessions while they stay on your property.
Your response calling this an "inconvenience" is insulting and shows your insincerity. A young person having over half their worldly possessions stolen and nothing can be done about it due to your lack of proper security is...
Read moreRooms are okay, management is extremely subpar.
Recently checked in as a group traveling from out of town and passing through. The two bed rooms are nice and spacious, although when we arrived the sheets looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenants. There were visible shoe prints and stains on the bedding as if the housekeeping just made the bed with the dirty sheets from the previous tenant instead of changing the sheets and cleaning the bedding in between visits from different guests. If this was all we encountered here, I still would have left a 4 star review because of how fast the service team brought up new sheets, although the management was less than helpful when other issues arose. We stayed at this hotel as a group that worked with camera, audio, video and wireless media equipment, therefore, the keys would consistently stop working due to signal interference with the guest keys from our equipment. Every time that we visited the front desk to ask for a new key, the management would criticize and demean our crew and tell them that “this was the last key we are giving you,” or “you need to tell your group leader to come and get the key herself.” We are a digital media crew and it is NOT our fault that our keys would stop working due to the wireless signal interference that we would be surrounded by all day. After working 13 long hours on set, many of us would come back to the hotel only to see that our keys would not work with the doors and would have to resort to getting a new key. The hotel management for the night shift would make us feel like we were interrupting their precious down time when we would ask them for a new key throughout the night. Please don’t come here if you expect to have a carefree experience without having to deal with...
