Aztec Laundry — Local services in Gallup

The attendant for the evening shift has no customer service and will try to intimidate you. She tried to limit our laundry load and say she can make the rules, if she wants to. She even stated, “I can have you removed if I wanted to.”

Clearly stated on their door, “last wash at 9pm”. 745 pm, she’s making an issue to lock the door. She had the nerve to say, “We want Togo home too.” After putting our load in and ignoring her because this an operating business. She literally mocked the situation, to show her displeasure. I had enough of her unprofessionalism. I approached her and asked for the owners information. She replied, “I don’t have to give that information. You can come back on the day shift and ask them.” She went on to try to insult me and question my job. Trying to flip the script on me, as if I’m in the wrong. She told me I should be ashamed of myself for wearing scrubs to do my laundry after I finished a shift of taking care of Patients!! So for all “paying customers”, your business is not wanted at this location!!

If she can treat one customer so horrible with very little interaction in the beginning. I can’t imagine how many other people, she’s treated horribly and gets...

6.50$ big washers for a bad service. Don't do it!!! The driers 25¢ but their cold. I bought 2 separate bags of blankets one bag of laundry. I ended up spending 30$ just to wash my clothes and blankets. I had to re dry as well. NOT WORTH IT even thou I wash the clothes it smell funny. And used 1 1/2 cup of soap, 4 soap pods each, Lysol laundry detergent. Go somewhere else. I've washed at Route 66 laundry b4 for under 20$. Sad. And the old poodle that works there just milks the clock. Doesn't give a rats ace about...

we need change for a $20, the laundry attended completely ignore us until we started saying hello, excuse me. She finally made her way to us. IF u don't like your job u should not work here plain and simple. The washer sometimes take extra quarters, so put them in slow. People tend to hog the dryers, leaving their dry clothes in the dryers after it's done. Other then that this place is clean and just 2 friendly ladies...
