Deluxe Inn — Hotel in Garland

Regret staying here ive been here less than an hour and i hate it. As soon as i walked in it smelled nasty, the bathroom door would not close. Im in shock how only a couple feet in distance make a big difference i stayed next door 2wks ago and it was the best experince. I feel like there is no security here theres who knows what going on at the dumpster. I tryed getting a room on the front side person at office was rude and said thats all we have available. There are cars comming about the premise with such loud music. Never again and theres a whole in my wall. So i was awakened by a pothead knocking at my door asking ''is there anyone in there?" I wasnt going to be that stupid as to answer or open the door. She procided to knocking next door and asked "is there anyone next door?" Im supriced i made it threw the night with my three kids. If I could rate this room 0 stars, I would. First off they lied about the amount for the room, they told me one thing over the phone and said another price when I got up there. Then upon entering the room, I was assaulted by an army of gnats.When I went to tell the office about the problem, they said that I brought the gnats into the room but agreed to move me to another room. When I went to the second room, again there were so many gnats and roaches I had to go get a bottle of Raid and a sticky tape roll with my own money to combat this assault. Besides the infestation, there is 0 security and the customer service is terrible. Me and my husband will be making a call to the health department because this is ridiculous. This place sucks wen i got my room they said it wuld be ready in two hrs because they were remodeling all the rooms. So i had to go and pick up my stuff with my sons things to bring it to our room. I get there the place was a hott mess. Saw bust all over the floor wood pieces on the floor. Plus the min refrigerator and microwave was pulled into the corner not cleaned and unpulled. The shower was dirty i had to use my own things to clean it to even shower. People banging on the walls stompin above me and hangin out and drinkin all hrs of the night. I don't recommend anyone to stay here plus on top of all that they wanna charge me $70 for there fk upbecause im not happy and im leavin.$70 for wut!!!! Nasty ass place...
