Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Garland

After being a long time customer, I got to say that tonight i had to experience the worst of the situations.

First of all google has this place hours for Saturday to close at 1am. ... that's totally wrong. .

I placed an order online for delivery. 2 minutes after submitting my order, my phone rings and is someone from pizza hut, he said that they didn't have enough drivers. That if I wanted my pizza I had to go pick it up myself. I'm hungry so I asked how long. He said the it will take 10-15 minutes to be ready. I agree to pick it up.

I arrived to the location al 11:50 PM. They had a sign at the door that says is closed, to go around to the window for drive thru pickup. Surprise there's no one there, I called the number from where I received the call, I thought I was at the wrong location. But it was the right one. The guy answered the phone, he stated the he was a driver and that he was already out the store that someone else is there. I ask him for the store number, I called no one answered, I drive around there were still cars parked outside, when o get back to the window again there's a lady that totally ignored me. After waiting for like 15 minutes I decided to drive around one more time the cars are already gone. Terrible experience. I just hope they give me my money back, I had already pay for my order.

This place is the place ever, first I called to place an order and they said in 15 mins the order would be ready for me to pick up.I arrived at the time they told me to and the manager said they dont have a order for me and that i would have to place the order again and wait 10 mins and it would be out. Two people came after me and placed an order, their food was out before mine. I ended up waiting 1HOUR for a box of pizza. I was very upset and demanded my money back because it was absurd that i wait that long and people who came and ordered in the store AFTER me got their pizza BEFORE me. The manager sent his employee to talk to me and she said that have other people ahead of me and that is why I had to wait an hour which is BS because like I said before, people who came after me got their pizza before me. I asked to speak with the manager and he just laughs at me and said, " you never called so that was your problem!" I replied saying, " are you serious, you want to check my phone and see that i did call and how long i was on the phone for?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY FOR THIS CRAP!! he said, IF WE GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK WE HAVE TO TAKE THE PIZZA AWAY FROM YOU!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!! THEY ARE RUDE...

By far the worst experience with Pizza Hut EVER & worst display of "management" of any restaurant period. After paying for pizza with a CC when placing the order over 2 hours ago, we still have no food or idea where the order is bc we were hung up on by management! This is a poor excuse for management (evidently a huge mistake made when that "manager" was given the position) Perfect example of someone who was given a position of power & a store/register key but should really be working at an animal shelter picking up after the bathroom breaks because she communicates more like an animal than that of a manager that has to deal with the public & have a reasonable amount of problems solving skills. Pathetic to say the least but problems like these tend to work themselves out eventually. I'm sure there's plenty more disgruntled customers to come with an incapable team & manager...
