Skyline View Cabin — Hotel in Gatlinburg

Booking the cabin was easy. So was getting the code for the door. When we finally arrived, the cabin was dirty and in need of repairs. We did call and report these things and they sent a maintenance crew, who did the best they could with what they had. Neither shower worked, one toilet did not flush, the heat downstairs did not work. Not to mention it was dirty. The shower heads were made for short of stature people, not our 6ft. crew. After talking with the management company on Saturday morning, we were told the manager would give us a call Monday morning. And we have yet to receive a call back. I guess since they got their money, they aren't worried about what we think! I hope someone else has a better experience...

Booked online and the pictures are not what we got...the inn was under construction which I understand but we didn't have clean towels when we arrived (we couldn't check in until 4:00!) ...we called front desk and they said they would bring us towels but no one ever did..we had to go to front desk and get some..also roaches in the bathroom and shower leaked into the floor... good price though for 3 nights...

We went to Gatlinburg for my brother’s wedding, and our weekend was ruined by this cabin! The heat did not work, it was dirty, and the showers did not work and did not have hot water! I have been promised 6 times that someone would call me but it has been a month, only my calls to them and nothing has happened! Do yourself a favor and look else...
