Budget Motel — Hotel in Greenfield

The owners and and managers are money hungry constantly raising the rates. The staff are mean rude and don't knock before thay enter. My experience with Budget Motel was horrible. I was given a remodeling job there and still had to pay my rent. After I remodeled a room (114) the owners were supposed to knock off $500. But because thay wanted to get over on me that slowed walked me. Every excuse why I couldn't get the key and put the floor down. In the end I am still owed $500 tried to collect but was threatened with GPD. And then made to leave immediately. This is after $1,240 in rental payments. And that is how thay treat their paying guess. Also there are roaches or bed bugs in the rooms. The rooms in the front r the ones that have the most and the building in back next to the salon has no bugs at all. But b carful because the Budget will move u into a room thats messed up and will actually tell u to pay them more money or ask u to leave. WORSE...

I went to the hospital, I had an allergic reaction to meds. I left my things with my Spouse in our room.They threw my personal belongings in the dumpster and pored bleach on them. No peace was disturbed. It was my first night there, when I returned . I was told I tresspasseded! They would not even have a calm discussion. My retired parents got in the dumpster to retrieve my ruined attire. In front of the police. They would not even explain what the problem was or why my spouse would do such a thing and were excessive impolite my private belongings were never replaced. I am still humiliated and shocked they would be so careless and destructive. This post is all I chose to do about it . I was on camera being verbally assaulted. My boyfriend , son , and I have stayed at this place for over a year , including working for them . We was not ever allowed to leave the property , they made my boyfriend work from 8 am to 10 pm just to pay for our room . Was told we wasn't allowed to have any other job if we wanted to keep this one . They have rented rooms out multiple times after they had already been rented out . They got the salvation army for at least $200 in their pockets by calling them and telling them that we needed help on our rent when we didn't even pay rent . The owners will tell EVERYONE your business and talk bad about you to the other customers . As soon as you leave your room they WILL walk in and go through your stuff .
