Just a thought: when a customer calls to let you know their order is missing items, responding with condescension and attitude probably isn’t the best way to handle it — unless your goal is to ensure they never return. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Instead, you doubled down on the arrogance when I came in to pick up the missing food — handing over the bag with a dismissive “Here’s your food, have a good one,” like you were doing me a favor. Tossing a free taco coupon in the bag doesn’t erase the terrible experience or the awful impression you left. Pro tip: basic courtesy isn’t optional in customer service. If you can’t manage that, you’re in the wrong business.

Sat in the drive through long enough to place a mobile order and still wait for nearly an hour. Placed a $40 dollar order of which they forgot about half. I did get a taco supreme 12 pack, but none of the tacos had cheese lettuce or sour cream on them. This was my first time at this location and I guarantee it was the last. When I called, the guy tells me they’re short staffed, but while waiting at the drive through window I watched the guy I was in the phone with, a girl with a tattoo on her hand and another woman old enough to be my mother, all eating and laughing loud enough they could be heard outside. All this while there were 17 cars in line behind us. (I counted)

First, a story from a week or two ago. A masculine appearing female yelled at me for telling her I didn't want to them to remake my food because I was in a hurry. She then proceeded to pull me forward and made me wait for food then she laughed at me saying "looks like you had to wait anyways". Tonight I ordered a volcano burrito and taco. Needless to say it looks like a paralyzed man with cerebral palsy assembled my food. They consistently get my food wrong. I have at least 8 free taco cards just because they don't understand what no lettuce is. All the employees need retrained and the dirty disrespectful minimum wage drug addicts need fired.

Yepa yepa amigos! Today we visited taco bell on 64th and Sheridan at 9am 5/3/22. Not really a breakfast person but I skipped dinner last night so I woke a little hungry. I went to this taco bell and there's this big truck and trump flags hanging out and one of his minions with a red hat on yelling at the person taking his order. So I pull up next and order this breakfast box I saw on TV. So I'm like, cool I'll try it.

I get back to my job before my break is done and start to empty my bag. The hash browns were room tempature and cold and old. The burrito fillings were cold and old as well. Only take one bite of each item. So I turn to my bon bons and I didn't even touch them. They were black as batman in Gotham. Like really they burn bon bons lol. So my last item was a iced bon bon coffee thing. One drink and I was done with that. That coffee is so gross. I rather drink it black. Smh, a $5 box, you get what you pay for amigos. This taught me that breakfast isn't as important as I thought it was. I'm not sure what breakfast is good from here. I won't be interested in finding out anymore. I'm just going to spend the extra couple of bucks for fresh, hot made to order food. Taco bell fast breakfast food suck diddly ucks! There is a Wendy's and a sonics if this is your vibe for breakfast. Also places right there that can make you fresh breakfast burritos that taste a 1000 times better. Tread lightly my friends...

I stood there for several minutes before an employee asked if I wanted to make an order, when I said yes he told me that they no longer take orders at the counter and to let them know if I needed help at the kiosk. The kiosk is located in the same vicinity as the order pickup shelf and there were a few people waiting for their orders, so I checked their website with my phone and was able to place my order there. I then joined the crowd blocking the kiosk myself. It didn't take too long from there. I have seen order kiosks at fastfood places before but this was my first kiosk-only experience. It was an odd enough experience for me to actually write about it here. Since there is zero interaction between the employees and the customers it just seemed like two entirely different worlds separated...

Talk about WOWing the customer! Food, service, cleanliness all on point. Keep this up.Taco Bell never disappoints when it comes to quick, delicious, and affordable food! Whether I’m craving a classic Crunchwrap Supreme, a cheesy quesadilla, or a late-night Doritos Locos Taco, this Taco Bell always delivers on flavor. The menu has a great variety, including plenty of vegetarian options, and the customization makes it easy to get exactly what you want.

The service is fast, and the staff are always friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Plus, the rewards program is a great perk—earning free food just for enjoying my favorites? Yes, please!

If you’re looking for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank, this Taco Bell is the perfect...
