My point has been proven. It was a fluke and they cant make burgers unfortunately :c

I havnt had DQ in years because I enjoy burgers, and awhile back their burgers were just terrible. Backstory over. So I'm out at Crawfordsville road today and the only thing close is DQ so I'm like whatever I'll grab lunch there since I dont have time. This place looks kinda run down and there's 2 employees. I was given a very good burger, quickly. I think to myself " :o maybe they've gotten better. There's a DQ right by my apartment." So, against my better judgement I decide to have DQ for dinner aswell cuz this had to be a fluke. I got 2 burgers this time. Didn't know they had cheese curds so I got those too. I ordered in the mobile app and it took like half an hour for some reason. These poor girls using terrible busted machines to make this ice cream and no one running the counter so we're all just standing there like.. uhhh. Anyway long story short the burgers were dry discs just like I remember and its the same garbage burgers from years ago. They call it Grill n Chill cuz the karens are Grillin you and you gonna have to sit down and chill to be fed ur overpriced, black meat circles. Im just giving them a hard time, but my food did sit up in the heating rack for too long and these girls need new equipment to use. They would serve their customers better if they could easily make ice cream.

What to learn:

-you dont have to catch the burgers on fire to cook them. They were dry as a bone -once the food is cooked, dont let it sit. The heating rack doesnt do anything sorry -get these girls better equipment for ice cream because it was slowing down the whole place to a stop -maybe get one more person in there at the beginning of dinner rush (there were only like 6 orders total and it was like hell had frozen over)

This place has so many issues it's hard to find a place to start. First off for the volume of customers this store has, it's way to small. 3-4 people serving is definitely not enough. The lines are pathetic long both inside and drive thru. And OMG the drive thru.... Who on Earth came up with putting that drive thru the way it is?? I've seen so many vehicles hit the poles. The district manager of this store seriously needs to talk to corporate about a bigger store. Or if privately owned, get up and do something about this. Given the massive business this store has we're pretty sure you can afford an upgrade. And what about the cake decorator not working weekend's??? I tried ordering a cake on a Wednesday to be picked up on a Saturday and was told they couldn't take my order because she doesn't work weekends and already had enough cakes to do. Seriously?! Ok, 5 stars for a DQ that is also a gas station... it should go without saying we're only grading on that portion of the curve. First time at this location in 5-6 years this afternoon. I'd been out in the sun for a while, saw a short line and thought I'd grab a blizzard from the drive thru. They appeared to be understaffed or experiencing some kind of issue in the kitchen, but the young lady who took my drive thru order apologized and was quite friendly. And the young lady at the window was also very friendly, apologizing and then told me my blizzard was paid for. I'm not entirely sure why. Whatever the case, I thought both of those ladies made an adverse situation a lot more pleasant, and that's the kind of thing that will have me coming back to this location again much sooner. I'll always support a business that hires good,...
