The only reason I can't give 5 stars is based on a great deal of business travel and have been in what are considered 5 star hotels. However I feel it deserves 5 stars. Very comfortable and welcoming feeling. Newer and modern. Staff are extremely knowledgeable kind and seem to enjoy making guests happy. Very nice indoor pool well enjoyed by families as well as very clean. It's clear they know how to maintain the pool and all areas of this hotel. Breakfast is included and beautifully set up as well as fresh, great taste and variety. The rooms are very welcoming from the 1 bedroom suite I had been in with plenty of room and comfort for family or business. Very clean new and fresh. Fair sized fridge pull out bed in the couch in addition to the main bed and just perfect for a long term business travel as well as family. The 2 bed one room does has more of a very nice hotel room feel to it vs a suite however also up to date comfortable with all a business person could need as well as family to rest in comfort. One service I have not seen for some time now is a local shuttle bus. I believe you need to at the least communicate specific rides with some notice however besides the basic airport pick up and drop off if able too will go the extra mile to take a group to dinner and pick up as well as within reasonable distance aim to provide services above and beyond basically doing there best to give rides for wants and needs. Other than a common courtesy tip which is just right not required this is just another service offerrd. To sum up the grounds are clean as well as a fresh feeling inside. All up to date with choices of basic suits to larger. Private meeting room with current tech and immediate business feel from beautiful table and chairs as well as a meeting or lecture hall mid sized also well set up for training to presentations. I can't forget the 2 sided see through fire place to relax by and of course a state of the art exercise room with plenty of treadmills and more clearly maintained and amazing equipment making for a comfortable setting to let loose. This was the most rewarding disappointing stay. You can say they smiled before they 🤬 me!! So y'all know I'm a salon owner and traveling 🛫 stylist. I worked 9hrs straight today on my feet 🐾 I arrive at the hotel and The front desk staff is awesome 😊 they were friendly and genuine. They offered complimentary water 🌊 Upon a quick glance cause I got there around 10pm and I was exhausted. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. The AC makes a noise and there is black stuff on the wall and the wall paper is peeling. They had a creepy mirror that looked 5 dimensional but Hey it's better than staying with a dirty cousin so I brushed it off and crash 😴. Oh someone name Nichole did check on me I told her my grievance and she offered to change my room but I already took off my bra so y'all know what that means 😂. The AC woke me up like Thrice but I went back to sleep 💤. I Wake up at 4:45 for a 7am flight. I get in the tub y'all I'm so livid I am going to cry upon further inspection the shower walls were dirty and has hair everywhere and the tub had something gritty on the floor I had to take a shower because my flight leaves at 7am I'm so disappointed 😔. I was in the US Navy so if you can shower behind 1000 women you can shower anywhere 🤮. I love the Hilton brand so this is just probably a one off had a bad day. This is my first time in Greenville SC and guess what I am going back!! I'll give them another try because y'all know I don't play about customer service and theirs was top tier. They said they would give me points for my hassle but I have yet to see it 🤔 she said she had to get a managers approval. We'll see 🙈. If this review is confusing that's how my stay was. Great staff, uncleaned room, and no extra points.

Read moreWe stayed at this hotel this weekend and had a really good experience. Upon arriving I noticed that it easy to navigate to with the use of a GPS device or Google maps. The hotel has a huge parking lot and it can accommodate small and large vehicles. We we arrived at this location we was greeted by a friendly and courteous staff. During our stay there was an breakfast that was included daily from 0600-1000am. Everyday I was attempted to get some breakfast...but disappointed because the staff was unable to keep food in stock (muffins, waffle mix, coffee, potatoes, and sausages. I also noticed that this hotel wasn't enforcing the COVID-19 pandemic precautions. So I felt very uncomfortable because none of the staff or other guests were wearing face masks or social distance between customers. Our room was clean and well maintained but it had a wet smell in the air. I'm not if the carpet was wet from previous guests using their swimming pool or if it just needs a deep cleaning. Lastly I was disappointed with their customer service because I had 2 incidents during my stay. The first incident was I reported that the direct tv guide wasn't working, and the front staff just told me to turn off &turn on the TV (it didn't work). The second incident was on our last day, and the staff refused to give us a 1hour late checkout. Their checkout is 1100am and I asked for a 12000pm checkout...and the front desk staff informed me that they could not give me the late checkout because their limited on guests. When I left the hotel I noticed that there was less than 5 vehicles in the parking lot, so I'm sure if the staff was being perfectly honest with us.
