I came here twice first time the waitress was rude to the point I had to change my waitresses ended up getting the service manager and she recovered it was good food was hot second time came the food came out freezing cold and the waitress was very abrupt behavior but was good at first after I complained about cold food she was nowhere to be found I had to raise my cup to the service manager to let her know that I needed more coffee upon that after that I was waiting for the waitress for more than 20 minutes to find out where my bill was or to even get a box for my food so I could leave or even anything still there was no waitress to be found I finally got up with the box that I did get avail after 15/20 minutes and went to the service manager and asked her to check me out I’ll wait to see you in the corner my waitress and the other waitress that gave me bad service as I was there talking it up. Even though the couple that was next to me asked me was everything OK I told him no I was kind of disturbed at the service and they said well that’s not normal they usually very good well I’m beginning to wonder if it really is the manager prior to this had given me a coupon he’s a very good manager but oblivious of his behavior a lot of his waitresses and same with the service manager their waitresses need some serious training on how to treat customers.I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and never been treated so rudely by waitresses I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the fact that they don’t treat their...
Read moreWe are regulars at this location. Always wonderful food and service. One exception was this past weekend. Between the 3 of us, we only ordered a few items off the menu, which really could have counted as one meal. 1 waffle, 1 bowl of oatmeal, 2 pieces of turkey sausage, French toast (came on a large plate with 2 thin slices of bread) and 1 cup of sliced bananas. 2 sweet teas and a coffee. We were charged for a kids meal of $5.99 for the 2 little round turkey sausages and cup of a sliced banana. Charged $5.29 for the Waffle. Charged $9.19 for the 2 pieces of bread (French toast) I even asked my husband if he thought there was a mistake, since normally French toast is a large order. The drinks were priced ok. I asked the server and he didn't have really any reply, except, That's how they charge. I remember using the handheld register to use my card, but somehow didn't do the tip. I later looked at the receipt and the tip added was $7.38 ! We have eaten out at restaurants regularly a few times a week for years and a tip like this is ridiculous for this amount of food. Not wanting returning to this restaurant. Sad, because most of the servers know us very well and my son loves to talk to them...
Read moreFirstly I'd like to say is that I had been wanting to try Eggs Up Grill for well over a year and my first time trying them was Saturday Morning my fiance and I had a great breakfast. Our favorite part of our breakfast was the French Toast that came with cooked bananas, whipped cream, caramel drizzle on it, it even had a crunch to the French Toaat which we loved and Eggs Up Grill had earned themselves new customers. So, now it's October 2023 we ordered breakfast, we automatically knew what we wanted. However we got BYO Breakfast Burritos and BYO Omettles and we added the exact kind of French Toast with the caramel drizzle, whipped cream and bananas, instead they gave us both A PIECE OF BREAD, literally a thick piece of loaf of bread that had none of the items on it. It was like they pulled a piece of bread out a store bought pack and put it in the oven and said here's your French Toast. You guys lost customers after the second visit. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED....
