West Wind Condos — Hotel in Gulf Shores

We enjoy coming in the off season. Booked our room for 7 days. There has been construction on our floor the whole stay. Like for real construction. . We were not informed of this during the booking . We asked to be moved and the answer was no rooms available. . It's off season people! Dust from construction all in the room concrete saws running , hammer drills running. No peace during the day.. I don't get to spend alot of time with my family cause of work and when I do get to take time off I want to relax not here work...

We stayed in 204 in the East bldg. The place was clean and in good order. We did text about the lack of some supplies (coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap for the bathroom), and they came by with soap. I was surprised that there was no salt, pepper, etc. Anyway after seeing the place, we went back out and got the rest of what we needed. The bed was too firm for my wife's liking, and she did her best on it,...

Horrible place. A beautiful black family walking along at the West Wind Condos and the security guards told them they didn’t belong there and that they should stop killing their own kind. Several white families walking through and no comment to them. The family had their 4 year old and 7 year old with them. The condo association said it’s not their responsibility and not their problem.
