4 rooms booked - prepaid *They claim their room door locking system isn’t working, so none of the rooms have a access card or key - the workers have to open our room doors personally everyone we go out and want to get back in! Very inconvenient and lack of privacy. Queen Studio with one queen bed - disability access/non smoking Check in 5/21 10:20pm NO ADA ROOM AVAILABLE we were told they gave the accessible room to an older gentlemen with two oxygen tanks earlier that day. Even though we had already PREPAID for this room. They tried to offer three non ADA rooms - not acceptable - high fall risk for me. Toilet seats looked unsafe. No grab bars in the bathrooms. I am disabled and use a powerchair. I need access to a roll in shower and grab bars to aid in transferring safely. By 11:45pm - was offered a room on the 3rd floor that had grab bars in the bathroom. The bathtub is inaccessible for me but we took the room. It was a long day traveling and my body was hurting badly. I really don’t feel comfortable on the third floor, if there were a fire and the elevator compromised - I would not be able to get out of the building. There is a strange smell in the hallway and in our room. Room is dirty / film of dirt in the furniture. Floor is dirty. We didn’t realize the room window was open all night until we opened the curtain in the morning - most likely trying to air out this smelly room! We were afraid to sleep under the covers. This place does not represent any of the photos I saw online. It’s gross, and if there was another hotel local that had an ADA room and three other available rooms for our party we would have left. Kinda stuck here unfortunately. *We informed the checkin employee that our two other parties would be coming in early 5/22 and later that evening. * Queen studio with one queen bed Check in 5/21 10:20pm This room is dirty- a dead bug was found on the counter. Strange smell in the room. Water stains and peeling, bubbled up wall paper. Something that appeared to be dirt or possible feces was smudged on the door. Multiple bugs ran across the bathroom floor while the guests were in there. Queen studio with one queen bed Tried to Check in 5/22 6am Was told their room was cancelled for NO SHOW by booking.com. Hotel employee gave them a hard time. My husband had to go down to the front desk to argue with the worker. Was also informed that the Studio with two double beds was also cancelled by booking.com due to no show. Room is dirty - floors are dirty, mold in bathroom. Refrigerated door handles filthy. Molding in kitchen counter missing. Room smells. Had to go out and cleaning supplies it was that bad. Studio with two double beds - non smoking Check in 5/22 11pm Spoke to hotel manager at 7am to confirm late checkin. This room was no different than the others. Dirty, smells. Worse part is that there are two young children with this party. We made sure they wore their shoes. It appeared there was blood droplets on the wall, disgusting, dirty stovetop - looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever, the hair dryer had faulty wiring (all other rooms had no hairdryers - just the holder.). When they turned on the faucet at the sink - the water shot up towards the ceiling! The continental breakfast was a joke. Online said it includes fresh fruit and there was no fruit, It was just muffins and a "fruit" bar. When we tired to check out - no one was at the front desk. How can there be no front desk person?? This place is the...

Detailed version: I stayed with my children for about a month and a half until I found a more permanent residence closer to work. Upon check in the lady at the front did her best to make us feel comfortable. The bed sheets had a questionable stain in which she switched out immediately. My kids weren’t happy about the un-removable tv timer, but I found it useful. However, everything went downhill once we started seeing roaches in the elevator and on one occasion in the shower. I had to call the front desk if I needed toiletries and get them from the front desk or they would be refilled when someone cleaned the room which was weekly. However, front desk would be hard to get a hold of because no one would answer the phone unless you used the phone in the vestibule. My room stopped getting cleaned once some of my items went missing. When I talked to the staff about it, I was given a number to the general manager which happened to be the number to the front desk, which no one answered. Nothing was done about my things that went missing except (according to one of the workers) the rumor that was going around about it. There is absolutely no way of getting in contact with upper management in no way shape or form so good luck if you find yourself in a predicament here. I even tried looking for contact info on google and even in the response to the reviews, there are none. Some of the light fixtures were broken which took a while to get fixed and it was just the bathroom light. Even then maintenance was supposed to finish the job and they never showed up. However, the beds were pretty comfortable and the muffins/granola bars were pretty good. All in all, I’ve stayed in better hotels and I may have had way too high of an expectation for this one. Theft at a hotel is something I never thought I’d experience and it was 2 bottles of perfume. So if you have anything more valuable to bring, please beware. There are better hotels with...
Read moreChecked in and was given a strong warning that there was no smoking in the building under penalty of a $250 fine. Strong smoke smell in the hallway near my room. Got into my room and the heat was on at 85. The room smelled like old grease and sadness. The shelf in my closet was very broken and fell off the wall as soon as I touched it. Turned on the AC to 65 and went out to dinner. Came back 90 minutes later. When I came back in, the security door near my room was propped open with a rock. I kicked it away and shut the door. Got back to my room to find it was still over 75 and the smell had not abated. Decided to try to make the best of it but I kept smelling cigarette smoke every few minutes. Free wifi was under 1Mbps, so basically useless. Took off my shoes and immediately regretted it. Carpet felt like it had not had the attention of a real vacuum in some time. At this point I decided I was not staying here. I had been booked in for three nights and was ready to leave after 4 hours. I took my bags back to the car and as I was leaving I found a pile of cigarette ashes in front of my door that had not been there when I got back from dinner. The security door was once again propped open and no one was around outside to justify it. I went to the front desk to check out and was informed that my stay was entirely non-refundable even though my corporate travel agency had indicated that it was refundable with a one-night penalty. After two days of back and forth with the agency, the hotel manager, and the third-party booking company I decided to eat the loss and take it as a lesson. The three nights next week that I was supposed to stay were eventually refunded by the third party agency since I hadn't checked in at all. I'll take what...
