We dont frequent Outback, so we were excited when we ended up in the area and near the Restaurant for dinner. I kinda already knew, after being sat, that the experience wasnt gonna be as we hoped. We looked over the menu and made our decision, sat and waited. And waited some more. Finally our server came to take our beverage order. We let her know we were ready to order everything if she was. At this point her electronic device froze and shes helpless without it. It finally starts working and she takes our orders. We sit and wait again. Our drinks finally make it to the table and a runner brings out our salads. We start eating and get maybe ¼ way thru the salads and our entrees are brought out by another runner. The steak dinner was cooked perfect and everything for that meal was great. All he asked for was a little more butter for the potato. The pasta dish, however was a little pasty and dry, so I asked for a little more sauce. Our server disappears and we sit waiting. Waiting. Waiting. She had passed us now a few times and still nothing. My food is now cold waiting for more sauce that finally comes. I added the sauce but the food needs to be warmed up now. So we wait again to see our server. Another 5 mins or so pass and shes finally seen again. I ask her if she can get my food reheated. She takes my dish and I dont get the reheat back for about 10 mins or so. At this time I also asked for a beverage refill, to which she tells me they no longer have unsweet tea and asked if I wanted something different. She delivers the piping hot dish back and I stir it up to finally see steam off it. I start to eat and the pasta has become firm, the shrimp and chicken rubbery in texture now. By this time Im over the service and this food and the person Im eating with is almost half done with their meal. I waited to see our server again, but never spotted her so I asked a busser for a Managar. A very nice Lady came out and addressed the issue. I explained what happened and she offered to remake the dish but like I mentioned, I was over the whole experience and just wanted it to end, so I declined her offer. We sat there, the other person getting well pass over half his meal when the Manager shows back up to the table with a dish that looked like what it should've looked like the first time around. She tells me that she remade the dish and still was gonna take it off the bill. All this after my appetite was gone and we were about ready to go. She brought the new dish and never brought a fork, which I didnt have, after my salad and previous dish were cleared. I didnt want to seem ungreatful, because I was appreciative of her trying to fix the issue, but there was no saving dinner, so we ended up asking for boxes. Read moreOn Friday, January 6th, 2023, was my 1st time at this Newly Opened Location at 724 Blaire Mill Road, Horsham, Pennsylvania. To begin with, I arrived literally 30 minutes before the Restaurant was scheduled to Close for the Evening. But I was greeted by Bella, who was actually working the Bar area when I came inside, she was very friendly, helpful and she quickly found me an available table to my preference. Then within mere minutes, I was then greeted by my Server, Will L., and he provided Awesome Service my entire time there. I say this honestly because despite the fact that I hit him with my Order in rapid-fire fashion because I wanted to get my Order in before they shutdown the grills, he got my entire Order Correct. And I was very particular with how I wanted my food prepared, too. Also, Will L. had suggested that I try for my 1st time the Sydney Shrooms, an Appetizer. I am so Happy that I took his suggestion because the Sydney Shrooms were so Yummy and the portion was large; definitely enough for 2 people. But they were so tasty that I ate them ALL. Then came my 15 oz. Ribeye steak dinner. Again, No disappointment whatsoever. The Chef, Justin, who cooked my Ribeye steak had seasoned and cooked it to Perfection on his very 1st Attempt!!! This is a big deal to me because most other steakhouses like Capitol Grill and Longhorn, take at least 3 to 4 Attempts to get close to a Perfect Medium temperature. So I was so Happy that I could just enjoy my Ribeye steak along with its delicious sides without the long wait. Thank you, again, Chef Justin!!! And as I was enjoying my meal, my Server, Will L., was very attentive, made sure my drinks were refreshed without me asking; he made sure that I got everything I needed to enjoy my meal, i.e., steak sauce, extra butter and bread, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and Great Service by both Will L. and Chef Justin. And before I left, I spoke with the Manager, Victoria Russel, who was also friendly, to inform her of the awesome Service Will L. provided as well as the delicious Ribeye Steak that Chef, Justin, cooked for me. Read moreI would give them 0 stars if i could .We put a dinner order in for take out on 2/22/25. From there horsham pa. Location. I got there to pick it up for a 6:15 pickup 10 minutes early . I had to get a hold of the person bringing the orders out to the cars . And that took more than 10 minutes. gave them my name and order # . She came out 10 minutes laiter and told me it would be 20 minutes. They absolutely lost my order and then found it. By the time I got it. The food was cold . So it's obvious thy weren't behind. And they didn't remake the order. Even though I waited more than 20 minutes. The 2 soups had to be thrown away because they were no good reheated . The steaks were ice cold . I had no option not to give a tip when . And the order was over $100.00 with the tip . And the minimum I should as companstion is those meals. Or an equivalent priced order replaced at a laiter date free . And that isn't what i hope happens when i actually call the manager. Thats the minimum thats going to happen. People should get fired for that kind of sevice . When they're charging these prices .
Here we go again. I went to this location again on 5/10/25 . This time I went in person. And ordered 3 dinners for takeout. They were ordered at 4:55pm . And when i ordered they weren't busy at all. At 6:00 pm i was still there. Because I hadn't gotten my order yet . I asked and 20 minutes later I got the order. Because my order was sitting in the back waiting for me to come in and pick it up . Because they forgot I was already waiting. I ordered 3 dinners .2 of the dinners came with mushrooms. I spacifcly said no mushrooms. And I was told that's not a problem.
