Bites and Blends — Restaurant in Upper Dublin Township

Very expensive and low quality. I had a Strawberry summer slushy that says online it contains lemonade, but it was freshly squeezed lemons. The slushy tasted 95% like lemon juice and was extremely acidic. It was around $11 after tax. Compared to a very popular chain nearby, it is double the price. A smoothie place that is about 5 minutes away has some of the best smoothies around, and they are $5.50 for the same size.

I also had a buffalo chicken sandwich which was just 2 slices of toasted bread with some chopped up pieces of grilled chicken and hot sauce. It was very small. It was around $13 after tax. It was not filling at all. It didn't feel like I ate. Only about 5 minutes from there is Chipotle and you can get a massive burrito fully loaded with 2 pounds worth of food for the same price.

It was around $25 for a drink and a sandwich and neither of which were good quality or worthy...

Food is very great, for slight expense, there is a lot of health options! I recommend adding cheesesteaks/chicken cheesesteaks in your already existing panini form like Wawa has it. Or maybe some beef options. There’s no natural milk options, which if people are allergic to oat or almond milk, well then they’re basically out of luck. The location is a little bland, the floor looks like bare concrete, for example some carpets would cover up some of that scratchy gray. The staff are great. Nathan served us and was very polite when we asked questions about the items. Overall would recommend.

This is a new store, up-and-coming. I want to not tell them they’re bad and leave it at that. I have recommended what could be changed or added.

Wow wow wow I am not cheap but the place is very very very expensive - I will add-- "for what you get" I do not mind paying for quality, this it is not- The smallest almost stale tasting sprouted grain bread with avocado. A kids banana and peanut butter sandwich in a panini press that was almost bitter and inedible, and something my wife ordered that was supposed to be a pesto warp instead was the same panini press didn't want to wait even longer for a remake---No spring water to purchase. Not to mention the unbelievable wait time and it was not crowded at all. Read so many good reviews. I will not be returning. The smoothie was decent and the only ray of hope in an otherwise highly...
