We used to go there occasionally in the past and it was usually fine, if not good. Seems better if you eat in than carry out. This week we've gone twice for carry out and the first was okay, salad was small but the rest wasn't bad. Then we went a couple days later and it was awful. The salad first came with crumbs and crushed red pepper, neither of which are on the menu or have been on it before. They made something up about crushed croutons having red pepper in them despite this clearly being untrue. They remade the salad and it ended up with even less chicken, less lettuce, and less cheese than before, which is already skimpy for the price. The picture is of some of what they apparently think is acceptable lettuce to serve. The chili tastes exclusively of salt and nothing else, and both sandwiches I had this week were a sad imitation of what it should've been. Definitely won't be going back, which is unfortunate because there's not much nearby...

I like this location. Only reason their getting a 2 star is because lately I've had some issues with my order. Typically I order soup to go. A few times my lids were not on all the way and I had some spilling in bag. Last week I had the chicken noodle soup to go, once I opened the container the cup was 3/4 full with 80% broth. I came in today about noon, very business however still polite service, however I paid 7.99 for a Pint of quinoa Pico and only recieved a quart which they filled 3/4. My Cesar Flatbread had no letter or much dressing. Like I said, I've liked this location a lot but consistently for the past two months, who ever makes and preps my items have not beenecessarily doing a very good job. I assume it's the rushing so it understandable 1 or 2 times, but lately it has sadly become a routine and expecially after realizing my supposeday pint of saladeveloping was only a quarter, that was a big screw up for me, might have to try...

I think this place is exactly like a Panera Bread. I mean obviously LOL. I'm eating the B BLT as we speak I haven't tried the broccoli and cheddar soup yet. I'm pretty impressed and the prices aren't that bad they're actually pretty reasonable period I'm not from this area I live in northeastern Pennsylvania and I've never been to one of these before but I have been to Panera. The only thing I wish they would offer here is the baguette bread pieces like Panera does period and mac and cheese! Otherwise I really enjoyed their hibiscus tea lemonade stuff period I didn't have to wait too long. The reason I gave it four stars is because I could hear the manager saying something that it's not running poorly because it's her fault. I assume the kitchen workers were complaining or something about the restaurant and blaming her. I don't know who would be at fault but I could hear them and...

The first experience was dirty tables, so we had to move to find a clean one. Maybe someone just left, fair enough, but then... $60+ for four people to eat lunch. You would expect it to be hot, or even warm. The tuna panini came out as cheese and bacon, but that was dealt with in a professional way. The club Sandwich was not supposed to have tomatoes or mayo, but it did. The chicken noodle soup was so loaded with salt it was barely edible. The meatball panini (pictured) was cold, the cheese hadn't even been melted. They also used to have their own potato chips, but now you get lays. Everything seems like they are trying to watch costs, whilst also charging more. A 10 minute drive down the road to the competition would have been a much better idea. Lesson learnt. Update: ended up here again and the food was much better, still quiet and still use lays, but much more improved, thanks!

Basic to say the least. Not many options for breakfast. The eggs looked and tasted like they came out of a carton. The only meat option is bacon, that came out crisp, probably the only decent thing we ate. The breakfast potatoes were disgusting and a super small portion for the money! What you see in the picture is all you get, i hadn't taken a bite yet, thats it. What brought me in was the reviews on the pancakes but they were very basic/plain, nothing really special. Service was slow and be aware this is not a normal restaurant with waiters, it's more like five guy where you order, pay and they give you a number, you seat yourself and they bring the food. If you want anything more, like another drink, you have to get up and get in line again. This is an absolute skippable place. Even IHOP is a much better option.
