Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic — Hotel in Jacksonville

The Hilton at Mayo is a really amazing experience away from the stress that comes with illness. I live out of state and have to travel pretty frequently between my home state and the mayo clinic, and this hotel has been an incredibly nice and convenient place to sleep while going to appointments at the clinic. Last minute, my family needed to book an extra room and JC (a noticeably charismatic and exceptional guy) helped us get the room last minute, right next to the other one, and at a really great price. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facility smells noticeably pleasant, the staff is professional and friendly (and some speak spanish), the food is delicious, and a shuttle service runs directly to Mayo. The pool area is gorgeous as well.

I had a medical procedure at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville today and needed to stay close by the hospital per doctors orders. Mayo advised that there is a Hilton on campus that is brand new and super nice so I decided to check it out. Upon arrival, I was most impressed at the modern style and the wonderful facilities of the hotel. I approached the front desk and was helped by JC, who turned out to be an excellent employee and a huge help in assisting me to get a room after my medical procedure. JC allowed me to check in early and also provided me an upgraded suite and personally took us up to the room while giving us a brief tour of the new hotel.
