Budget Inn — Hotel in Jasper

It's 5 am right now. I called 2 days ago to set a reservation for 2 weeks. The lady said to just show up, show Id, and pay. I show up there at 4am today after a 7 hour trip from Waycross. I ask the man working about the weekly price I have spoke to the lady about. He said there's no weekly. I explained to him everything I've mentioned. He said no weekly. I then asked him about the nightly price and he told me to leave or he's calling the cops. I asked him why he was going to call the cops and what his name was so I can call and report his behavior and how that budget inn treats long term customers. He then yelled and threatened me so I went back to the car to get my phone to take his picture of him on the phone so I can report him and file a civil suit against budget inn for allowing their employees to threaten my freedom and try to get me put in jail while trying to buy their services. I work all over the US and almost always use Budget Inn. But this one in Jasper Georgia is hands down the worst one I've ever been too. Believe 100 percent I'm going to do everything I can to make that man and the owners of this Budget Inn feel like they could lose their job, livelyhood, and freedom. Just like their employee did when he called the police making false claims. Even the police apologized to me and told me the steps to get a copy of his 911 phone call and other documents to file the harassment suit. We stayed at Budget Inn for 3 and 1/2 months after losing our home. It looks like after losing your home would be devastating but after staying at Budget inn was the worst ever. The people in the next room beside us caused fights with everyone at the motel even threatening our lives. Even got into him fights with the owner. Done nothing about it. Had his picks on who got the discounts. Change your towels out twice and sheets. Had to rewash our sheets and towels to reuse. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean my room. Had to go buy toilet paper. Even had to buy vacuum cleaner to clean my floor. Wasn't allowed to even open the window for fresh air. Looks like after paying $549.00 a week you would have better service than that. I strongly recommend not going there at all. The mattresses and pillows are not even fit for the dump. Pillows are flat mattresses or Stained and it's like you're laying on just the spring no padding at all. The back pain leg cramps after staying there is devastating. Here's what I say stay at...

If I could give less then one star I would. This is the WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. Customer service was HORRIBLE. The room. Oh lord… it was infested with roaches. It had nasty walls and dirty towels but all of that could have been looking past. The ROACHES is what got me. I slept in bed with roaches. When I called to explain and get my money back. The man listened and then said ok, and hung up. Then refused to pick up the phone again. Horrible horrible place. I feel for anyone who tries to stay here. This was a last minute needed hotel. Never have had an issue THIS bad before. I’d never leave a bad review but the way I was treated by the front desk calling calmly about my concerns is unforgivable.
