Bought a box of white wine (Bota Box) brought it home opened it and placed it in the fridge. Went back in half an hour for a glass and found my fridge soaked in wine. Carefully took it out and placed it in our sink to drain. Called the store only to speak to a man who doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground. The Manager who helped me in the store is awesome and stated the wine I requested won’t be there until Monday. I said,?see you then. She recommended the Bota so I said ok. Paid for it and left. Got home opened it and placed it in the refrigerator. In an hour or so went to pour a glass and found my fridge flooded, It’s now in my sink….draining slowly. All I request is a replacement and the clown on the phone stated on the phone I have to wait till Monday when a Manager is there.

Great service I was in there for stuff I don't normally get but that's not their fault great service help me with stuff that I really just was looking for a few different things and you know not much else to say they have everything you could need in there and as far as you know liquor and they're pretty stocked up and other stuff mixes and stuff like that unfortunately I've been a little swayed by different places with different wine so I mean I hope that these places would get better wine and that's the only thing but that has nothing to do with them that just has something to do with me being a little bit more inclined to drink a lot of different higher and wine but nothing bad on their...

Don't Trust Clerk. One of their clerks intentionally misleads customers. Being unable to read small print, I asked the clerk for an Italian red wine, preferrably from Tuscanny. He pulled a bottle from the shelf and insisted it was from Italy. It costs $16 and was called If You See Kay. Turns out it's made in California and was deemed by a consensus of friends to be the single most disgusting beverage ever; unswallowable. My bad for being too tired to catch the bad pun in the wine's name. Clerk's bad for misrpresenting it's origin...
