Bought a box of white wine (Bota Box) brought it home opened it and placed it in the fridge. Went back in half an hour for a glass and found my fridge soaked in wine. Carefully took it out and placed it in our sink to drain. Called the store only to speak to a man who doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground. The Manager who helped me in the store is awesome and stated the wine I requested won’t be there until Monday. I said,?see you then. She recommended the Bota so I said ok. Paid for it and left. Got home opened it and placed it in the refrigerator. In an hour or so went to pour a glass and found my fridge flooded, It’s now in my sink….draining slowly. All I request is a replacement and the clown on the phone stated on the phone I have to wait till Monday when a Manager is there.

He pulled a bottle from the shelf and insisted it was from Italy. It costs $16 and was called If You See Kay. Turns out it's made in California and was deemed by a consensus of friends to be the single most disgusting beverage ever; unswallowable. My bad for being too tired to catch the bad pun in the wine's name. Clerk's bad for misrpresenting it's origin...
