Not a good experience. Bought a new GE washer and not even a week it was giving problems. Called and was told I should call GE service center. I asked her to have someone from the store give me a call and two days later I emailed Jasper TV and Appliance before I got a call back. In the mean time GE service center sent out a repairman and he said when the washer was delivered it was not properly leveled and he made the adjustments. I then called Jasper TV and Appliance and told them what the problem was and ask why their delivery guy didn’t properly install my washer and Mrs Stanfield did seem to know or care. I was also told that the best thing for me to do if I had any more problems was to contact GE service center. Buy Local you say? Support my community I was born and raised in? NOT ME.... ever again. I have never been so mad, disappointed and disgusted with a local business as I am with Jasper TV...
Read moreI just purchased a GE refrigerator from this business last week. It was delivered and installed yesterday, and I just want to say thank you to the owner, the installation guys, and the sweet lady up front who got us checked out. Lowe's wanted to charge a pretty large amount for delivery and installation and a fee to remove the old appliance. These guys were in and out in less than an hour, were super nice and knowledgeable, and they never charged me a dime for delivery since I was within range of their location. I sincerely appreciate the kindness of everyone there. This was the first time I have purchased from them, and I'll be back if any of my appliances decide...
Read moreSkip the regular residential brands (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, etc.) and go to Jasper Appliance for the American made Speed Queen washers and dryers. They are a Speed Queen dealer and these machines are built to last with a 25 year tested lifetime. The TC5 model is reminiscent of the older transmission style washers while the TR line is modern mixed with commercial ability. Both the owner Donna and employee Sean are owners of these machines and can explain their good experiences without being pushy. My TR7 commercial duty Speed Queen cost twice as much as lower end residential but has a 7 year warranty for parts & labor vs residential models 1 year warranty. Buy American made and built...
