This hotel has gone downhill in every way and screws customers with putting them in a room with no beach/water views for a reserved water view room that cost $1,288. The Jupiter Beach Resort told me upon checking in for my water view king suite that if I waited, there would be the MOST amazing and even better beach view room available - so I checked my bags and said, of course I'll wait, the water view is what I paid through the nose for so I want the best view possible, thanks so much for the tip on that. Upon checking in to my water view room - I see smokestack like rooftop air conditioning units straight out both my suite windows which are making considerable noise ongoing throughout the night 24/7. I have no real water view at all, the water is out a far corner of the window only if you stand on the balcony outside and throw your neck out to one side to try to catch a glimpse of what might be the ocean in that direction. This is fraud and the hotel put me in this room purposely. It's hard to tell why. Services are also poor and lacking throughout - ordered room service and was served McDonald's level food and beverages in all plastic flimsy containers and utensils, was brought a water bottle that couldn't be opened and no opener was brought. Internet was inaccessible the night I checked in, which required a tech call of 30 minutes to get online. In the morning, the internet was unavailable again and another tech call had to be placed for another 30 minutes just to get online, also requiring me to give out all my personal information or not proceed with getting any internet access. Needless to say, in addition to their sanitized and unfriendly room remodels which are now non-guest friendly and cold-ultra modern, this is not a hotel I would come back to and it was on my list as a top favorite since the 2009. Not anymore. The cost of this room was high due to water views - the hotel is a complete rip-=off - the last time I paid for water views here I could open my patio doors and see and hear the ocean fully - this time, I couldn't open the doors because I was looking at AC industrial units on a rooftop and hearing them going and blaring all night, drowning out the ocean which wasn't in my eyeline - it was just paid through the nose for - but didn't get the benefit of any water views at the Jupiter Beach Resort - it's ALL BUCK and NO BANG - go elsewhere - they won't give you the internet, the water views or the ability to open your water bottle - it's rough and it's expensive as hell, who needs this hassle on what was supposed to be a luxury beach-side vacation. COMPLETE DISSAPOINTMENT. Jupiter Beach Hotel has gone totally downhill and is no longer a high-end luxury hotel experience at all.

A Memorable Guest Experience at Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa's Cocktail Hour šŸ¹šŸøšŸ‘Œ As a guest attending the pre-wedding cocktail hour at Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa, I must say that the experience was absolutely delightful. From start to finish, the evening was filled with warmth, elegance, and impeccable hospitality. The bar staff at the resort were not only efficient but also incredibly pleasant. They served us with genuine smiles, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our drink preferences made the cocktail hour all the more enjoyable. The outside Terrace chosen for the occasion was a brilliant choice. Its cozy and intimate setting provided the perfect space to mingle and socialize with other guests. Overlooking the pool, the view was stunning, especially during the evening when the lights reflected on the water, creating a romantic ambiance. The overall experience as a guest at Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa's cocktail hour left a lasting impression. The venue's ambiance, attentive staff, and beautiful location all contributed to making the event truly memorable. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. Furthermore, when selecting a venue in Florida, where stormy weather is a possibility every afternoon during the summer months, the decision to have your event at a location with a fully covered valet entrance proved to be a brilliant choice. It spared us from encountering the rain and guaranteed a hassle-free and seamless arrival experience. 🌧 šŸŒ‚ If you have the opportunity to attend an event at Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa, I highly recommend it. Whether it's a pre-wedding cocktail hour or any other occasion, you can expect a wonderful and unforgettable experience in this charming and luxurious setting. Kudos to Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa for creating such a memorable evening for all the guests, including myself. I can't wait to return to Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa for future events or a relaxing stay-cation. This exceptional venue left a lasting impression, and I look forward to making more wonderful memories there. 🌟 🤩

The Jupiter Beach Resort is a unique property, tucked away on a beautiful stretch of beach in laid-back Jupiter Florida. We've come here for years, both to stay or just enjoy a cocktail at the beach front bar. This review applies to our stay in January 2022. The pool, spa, and outdoor bar are fantastic, as always. The views from the ocean-facing rooms are fantastic, especially on the South side, where the otherwise undeveloped Jupiter beachfront gives you a beautiful panoramic view for miles. The views to the North include the Jupiter lighthouse. The view from our North-facing room on this trip is shown in the pictures. The building itself has become a bit dated, which management is addressing with a rehabilitation project. Hopefully, they will address the somewhat awkward layout of the lobby. Experienced travelers know that staying at a property during renovations can be sub-optimal, so take this into account if traveling here in 2022. We were dismayed to encounter a pretty significant "pest control problem" in our room during our stay. Somewhat shocking in a property of this caliber. (I'm declining to post pictures out of respect to the property's long history of excellence.) The rooms are dated overall, which I expected, but almost none of the electrical outlets were functional This property uses one of the new "A.I." systems to inquire about your satisfaction with the room. I received the text while at Publix, so I asked whether our room had a mini-fridge. The system said "Yes", although that was incorrect. I'm not a fan of the waterproof wristband keys either, mine stopped working shortly after check in. We enjoyed that the use of bicycles was included in the "resort fee", and there is lots of cycling options available nearby without riding on busy roadways. You can head south along A1A, or north into the "Inlet Village". Overall a wonderful destination, but encountering some struggles during renovations.

Alright. This may be a long review because I need to mention some great employees that work at this resort. I have stayed at 4 star and 5 star hotels recently for work. On this trip, my boss was having surgery and she mentioned this resort. We arrived on Monday and I checked out today. The staff is simply amazing!!! Where do I start? Jennifer at the front desk is so very friendly and funny. She had me cracking up the minute I arrived. She set the tone for my entire stay. Janie…not to be confused with Jennifer…as sometimes happens šŸ¤”šŸ˜³šŸ˜³ā€¦.was equally as kind and friendly. She provided me with enough extra coffee pods to keep me caffeinated until 2025. 🤣🤣🤣 The rooms are being renovated and were gorgeous. Jean came to tidy up my room the next morning. I asked him for another bottle of shampoo and apologized because I use a lot. He said ā€œwhy would you apologize? If I cannot help you then what is purpose of my job then?ā€ Such a kind kind individual. Moving right along…Garfield. Simply put…one great guy!! He always pulled my boss’ Jag around and made sure the front door was always opened for me. He actually cared how my day was going and asked if I needed anything. He represents the resort very very well. He sets the classy and upscale tone of the resort. And he is quite funny too. šŸ¤£šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ» Now….it’s summer and I get thirsty. šŸŗšŸŗšŸŗ Christina was on point recommending the cheese pizza. Yes!!! This resort has some of the yummiest pizza I have had in a long time. And don’t try to pry that Caesar salad out of my hand. I will fight you for it it’s that GOOD. 🄊 🤣🤣🤣. Christina made sure my glass was never empty and even remembered my name the next day while I was sitting outside at the bar. Ed recommended the white pizza with chicken and it was amazing too. Ed made us feel at home and seemed to know a lot of the regular customers which was pretty impressive.šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ» I can’t talk about beer without mentioning the famous, Nick. Everyone at the hotel loves this guy. He is an awesome person and bartender. My glass stayed full with him and he made me feel welcome even though I went down to the bar alone. I felt very comfortable. It was a great night! Can’t mention Nick without mentioning GI-GI. I don’t think I have met a kinder person at a hotel. She is sincere and real and wanted to make my stay a great one. This may sound weird but I can say she is a great human being and made my stay amazing! I ordered room service one evening and Stacey brought it up. She too was so kind and friendly. I mentioned to her that all the staff was so darn nice. She said ā€œI love working here. Everyone is great!ā€ Ummm…I hardly ever hear that and it confirmed my observations. Two more people I have to mention….Allen. He is one cool guy. He made me feel right at home upon my arrival and everyone loves him!! This man has a kind soul and loves his job. I could tell right away and knew my stay was going to be awesome. Allen….you rock!!! And last but not least….Jonathan. I met him last night when I was carrying some food in from the store. I immediately commented how kind he was and asked him his name. He jokingly said ā€œblah blah blah blah!ā€ I knew he didn’t want to take credit for being so awesome but I had to find out his name. He eventually told me and I made sure not to forget it. Jonathan….you are one in a million and made my stay all the more lovely. I usually don’t write long reviews but knew I had to do so. The entire staff at Jupiter Resort is AMAZING. Thank you for 4 days of laughter, smiles, and great service. I will be back and tell anyone that will listen what a great resort you have. The staff truly makes it a great resort....

If you’re looking for a less than mediocre hotel to waste your money on, look no further. The ā€œnew and improvedā€ JBR is far from improved, and I strongly recommend booking anywhere else.

Where to begin… They now offer valet only parking and let me just say, it sure does the opposite of making your life easier. It takes forever to get your vehicle and be sure to fully inspect it before leaving. I decided to stay here for my wedding weekend and what a mistake that was. I received my NEW vehicle back with a lovely key scratch and it was 100% done by valet. When I reached out to let them know, they said they would get back to me and after a couple days, I received a text of all things. The text read ā€œGood afternoon, sorry it took me so long to reach back to you. We reviewed the videos and couldn’t find anything plausible. We can still submit a claim, if you want, however it will be declined as it was reported after leaving and property and the camera not confirming it happened here. Please advise.ā€ When I wrote back saying this is what I expected and that I would never book here again or any corporate events going forward, I received this text ā€œMay I have your full name and the room number you were in?ā€. How are you reaching out to someone about this situation and you have no idea what my name or room number is after that was provided FIRST. Complete incompetence at its finest. In addition, the suite I booked overlooked an old roof with a pool and the main balcony overlooked an obstructed view of the main boardwalk everyone walks on. Hardly picturesque for the prices they want a night and for a suite. I called a couple times in advance to request a room on a higher floor and had it noted in my reservation. When I arrive, guess what floor I am put on? I have a feeling you will guess this right. The lowest one, yes, of course. The hotel is dog friendly, which I love, but you could see dog pee on the floor in the room in multiple spots. I contacted the front desk instantly and they were unable to do anything (the standard practice of the bare minimum accommodations it seems), but they did offer a bottle of wine the next day and I opted for champagne. I call the front desk at 10 AM to have it sent up and I’m told it would arrive by 11:00 AM. It’s now 11:15 AM and I call back only to be told 12:00 PM and that’s when I requested it be sent ASAP. Here’s the best part - they sent a $7 bottle of Wycliff Brut up. What a good laugh and we never opened it. We decided to eat at the restaurant the first night, had reservations in place, and were seated instantly. Absolutely shocked they could manage that. Five minutes later, the hostess comes by to say she sat us at the wrong table. I cannot make this stuff up! The 6 of us were not going to move after we ordered drinks already and stayed where we were. The food was nothing special other than the mere convenience of not having to leave to go out. The tuna poke was awful entirely. The breakfast was included with our stay and it wasn’t good at all. The fruit wasn’t even fresh and the French toast was very lacking. Took two bites and tossed it. Of course, they charged us for it and had to call and get that corrected as well. If you’re looking to spend your money here, you might as well flush it down the toilet. If you’ve found this review, it’s not one you should take with a grain of salt. I’d be happy to share more of my experience, and the texts between myself and with the hotel,...

A fantastic stay.

We stayed at Jupiter Resort for three nights. Had an absolutely fantastic time, which seems even better when compared to other places we stayed during the road trip to/from Jupiter.

All of the staff here were amazing. Everyone made you feel right at home and like a highly valued client. Peter, one of the Concierge, in particular went above and beyond for us, both before and during our stay. He was in communication with me a week before we even left home, multiple times, and proved just as great at representing the resort in a very positive manner during our stay.

The weather during our time wasn't great. The first day was decent, but in the evening 30mph wind kicked up, and things pretty much stayed that way the rest of our time in Jupiter. As a result, some of our plans got cancelled and we spent quite a bit of time just hanging out at the resort and more time in our room on the balcony than expected. The room was absolutely whisper quiet. In three days, we never one time heard any other guests while inside our room, despite the place being packed. Even sitting outside on the private balcony, we could barely tell there was anyone else on the other balconies. The view from our room was fantastic. We had two balconies, one looking out over the pool/bar and down the coastline to the south. And one directly looking out over the beach and water. The first night, before the wind got crazy, we left the balcony door open and slept listening to the waves all night.

The furniture in the room was on par with the rest of the experience. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I ended up taking a picture of one of the chairs and looking around on google to see if I could find where I could buy it back home. The room felt large and spacious, not crowded at all. The bathroom was maybe slightly cramped, (primarily the toilet tucked in a corner) but was very nice in general, and loaded with high quality amenities.

The beach was perhaps a little more peppered with seashells than is ideal for walking through/on, but overall it was a very nice beach. Great if you're looking for intact shells. We spent about 3 hours straight in the water one day. The beach in general had a very private feel about it, and was quite nice. And the fantastic staff was ever present there as well, providing beach chairs, umbrellas, and serving beverages. (Peter found me on the beach to provide me with the details for a dinner reservation he had made for us.)

We explored the pool area late one night to have a look around. Never made use of the pool, hot tub, workout room, or the sand bar, but they all seemed quite nice. Given the time we spent on our balcony, we did get room service and order food from the lounge a few times. The drinks were mostly quite good, and the food was as good as any restaurant I've ever been to.

Unfortunately, the spa and restaurant are still under construction, but we knew that ahead of time so it was no big deal. I'll certainly be looking to return once those renovations are completed. As of right now, the Jupiter Resort is the top of my list for places that I...
