Staples — Local services in Jupiter

I bought a computer from another Staples, liked it and so was searching for another. i called this store and Aiden was helpful and pleasant after Gonzolo was curt, unhelpful, left me on hold. They said they had two and so I drove up there. They didn't have it on display and again, Aiden was helpful but Gonzalo argued with me as to which model this was. The SUPERVISOR was beyond rude to my mother who asked for help with faxing some forms, kept repeating how it’s self serve even after she explained the part she had difficulty. Gonzalo is the best employee of ANY retail store I have ever encountered. I had trouble with ink I bought here (nothing was printing properly it was very faded) and I brought the ink back without my receipt thinking they wouldn't be able to help. Ink is very expensive and I was so happy when Gonzalo spent his time researching my purchase using my credit card number and the product SKU.
