Dirty, soiled, and abused. Last evening I attended a free ARC performance of Three Points of Contact. There were 12 actors on stage - all reading from their script books - and 7 average musicians. Not one song or character was memorable, although I did have trouble getting to sleep, whilst trying to forget what I had witnessed. The audience was assaulted with the proposition that monogamy and dedication to another living feeling sole was passe and outdated. I am not a prude and certainly understand there are alternative life styles and definitions of love. However, the writers are part of what I call the ME ONLY generation. By this I mean what is good only for me and to hell with anyone else. I assume they have never lifted their faces out of their electronic screens long enough to realize there is another real world out there. Forcing their "I only" views on the audience was an abomination. They confuse Love with the animal act of sex. In actuality Love and Sex are complex neurochemical reactions in the limbic system of the brain. I can only assume that too many hours of screen time and lack of interpersonal socialization has shrunken this part of their brains. I hope they have parents willing to support them for many years, as their combined talent will fit nicely on the tip of a pin, or a similarly...

This theatre consistently delivers top-notch performances that captivate and entertain, making every visit a memorable experience. The productions are always impressive, with talented casts and stunning sets that bring each story to life.
What truly sets the Maltz Jupiter Theatre apart is its commitment to the community. It's not just about the performances; the theatre also offers a fantastic range of educational programs through its Goldner Conservatory, which is a wonderful resource for aspiring artists of all ages. My son absolutely loved the Diary of a Wimpy Kid summer camp.
The recent renovations have only enhanced the experience, with improved facilities and a second performance space that opens up even more possibilities for great shows. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Plus, the location is convenient, with plenty of parking, which is always a plus.
Overall, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre is a gem that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic night out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's definitely...
Read moreKnow Before You Go!!! This was my first visit to the Malta Jupiter Theatre. I wanted to do something special to celebrate 44 years of marriage. I was so excited to find that something to do in my own town, what could be more memorable than a stage production at the Malta Jupiter Theatre. Tickets were almost sold out but what good fortune, there was availability…BOX seats. My evening out could not have been more memorable with one exception…the Box seats were located to the far left (or right) of the stage cutting off visibility to any action happening in that portion of the stage and the seats were removable chairs, not comfortable. My seat tickets cost as much as those that gave full views of the stage. I felt cheated that I did not receive the theatre experience I had anticipated. Shame on me for not doing a little more research, shame on Malta Jupiter Theatre for taking my (or anyone’s) money for a Box seat with limited views. The online seating chart should note that these seats are removable chairs with limited viewing. Please note, the one star rating is for the lack of information about the...
