Jurupa hills mobile home park — Hotel in Jurupa Valley

I have lived in this park for over 2 years now and in that time this place has gotten so bad. They constantly have managers in and out, seems like they can't keep employees. Billing is an absolute joke. They will randomly add "undercharged amounts" to your space rent statement and if you ask questions the only answer you get is "I don't know" or " I can't give you that information." They do not invest any time or money into making improvements in this park, yet increase the space rent every year. We pay for trash service but never get to use the dumpsters because people overload them constantly with bulk items. The rat infestation due to the overflowing trash is ridiculous. Any complaints you call corporate with get directed to the on-site manager who is useless. She is usually babysitting while on the clock in the manager's office. Very professional. If I knew 2 years ago what I know now I never would have moved my family into this park, which is sad because we love our home. It's the "management " that's makes living...

Very abrupt with notices. They shut off the water and gave us a two day notice, then closed the laundry room and gave a notice the same day👎 Update:

1. You can park your car in visitors spots that are closer to your home than your assigned parking spot that is usually taken by someone else. Your spot being taken by someone else wasn’t an issue until they started threatening to tow your car and charge a $50 monthly parking fee in October. There aren’t many visitors that come by to begin with, so I don’t understand why we can’t just park in these spots that wasn’t bothering anyone anyway.
2. The space rent is crazy to only have a swimming pool and laundry room as your amenities. It’s to the point where people cant even afford to pay anymore and now people are either selling their house or getting evicted left and right. I think the owners want to sell the land.
3. They gave a notice same day at 10am saying that our water would be shutting off at 10am🤦‍♀️ Just don’t be bothered looking at this place, the headache...

I am hopeful there is a plan to work on the state of the park. They're selling very nice, brand new homes, at the back of the small park. And there are a few new homes on the narrow drive in. There is a row of empty lots along the right-hand side, as I drove out. Modernization will make the park...
