Won’t come back. Ordered to go… keiki (kid) katsu meal. Maybe 5 pieces. Smallest ones you can find. With two good size stems of broccoli. Why would you give kids broccoli. Combo meal didn’t have Mac salad (signature salad)… had green salad with way too much sliced onion more than the lettuce. With way too much sesame seeds sprinkled on top.

Being that I ordered to go I was not able to take it back to make my opinion noted. So what does everyone else that picks up and goes get. I was not happy with how my meals were prepared

The Katsu was not very meaty and overcooked to be close to dry.

This is not how Hawaiian food is prepared and served.

Management needs to step in and make sure the food prepared (especially to go) is up to Hawaiian food standards. If you don’t know you need to get in touch with the people who first created this business or spend some time at restaurants that...

I’ve been coming here since it first opened last year and the service is always amazing, I like to get my spam musubi extra well done and never mind the wait because they do it to perfection however today even with the extra wait for being the only car in the drive thru and seeing no customers the spam was even more underdone than the standard. it was just disappointing that even with the wait and no customers the crew couldn’t do the food...
