I have lived off Pyrite Street for 30 years and have waited patiently for the 32 acres off my offramp to be developed. I couldnā€™t be prouder of what the city has brought to our community. The development started with a groundbreaking in 2023, and several stores have already opened in 2024, including In-N-Out Burger, Aldiā€™s grocery market, Burlington Coat Factory, etc. The plaza itself is well-lit at night and beautifully landscaped with lots of green vegetation and plants. We are very blessed to have this new development here in Jurupa Valley. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in this project.
