Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

I was very disappointed with the poor quality of my Veggie Bowl. I am a regular Chipotle Customer. I visit my local Yucaipa Chipotle 1-2 times per week. On this occasion, I stopped by the new Chipotle in Jurupa Valley, on my long drive home from work. There was no line of customers. I went right to the counter. I placed my Veggie Bowl order, and requested fajitas which were only available at the drive-thru window counter. The employee walked over to the drive-thru counter to add my fajitas. Upon eating my Veggie Bowl, I noticed that the onions were not fresh. They were stringy, more like onion skins. I had to pick through my Bowl to remove them all, as they were inedible. The rice was also a little undercooked. This was a very disappointing experience. I will stick to my usual Yucaipa Chipotle,...

Worst chipotle around, I know it's new so I've been back multiple times because I do enjoy Chipotle just not this location, My fault for going back these last few times thinking maybe it was just because it was a new restaurant, not only are they the rudest employees, the portion sizes here are a joke and when you complain they call their manager and you get the same answer , I mean even the bags of chips seem short here.. for the price of a burrito bowl it is definitely not worth it, skimpy sizes of meat, and if they're not skimping you on that there's barely any rice or beans, maybe a sprinkle of lettuce, and if you ask them for more they roll your eyes at you.. do not recommend go to eastvale for a much better experience...

I went here during the day and it was good but when I came in the evening they were out of everything even though there’s two hours till close. It’s also not busy, but really messy in the lobby and workers aren’t very friendly. And let’s get into it, idk who the night shift cook is but this chicken is over salty like please 😭on the flip side the guacamole was made to perfection and the workers were so disorganized I guess they didn’t even charge me for it.
