In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Love the staff everyone here is wonderful and works hard to provide good quality food, but sometimes staff needs to keep in mind that it’s important not to undermine customers that aren’t satisfied with the quality of their food. My partner noticed his shake was green (not sure why) and he was incredibly anxious so I asked for a remake. When approached the first person was incredibly sweet remade it, but the second person gave me a judgmental face and told me “It’s a Neapolitan” with a very rude tone talking down to me. Maya was extremely helpful! She opened the door for us when we came and had the biggest warmest smile. She even brought our food to the table we were sitting at so we didn't have to get up, asked us if there was anything else we needed. It felt like eating at a real restaurant except we got our food way faster! Everything tasted super yummy too. In N Out never disappoint me is always clean well maintained and the employees look like they are enjoying what they are doing. The energy is positive the atmosphere has an indistinguishable aroma of belonging.. Wow..I have no other words to describe this place every time I walk in my jaw drops to the floor the ladies that work here are some of the most beautiful I've seen in many years thank you for your service....
