I went shopping at Burlington in Jurupa Valley today and felt mistreated and harassed by the personnel at the store, specifically Jessica. I was shopping at the store today when she first asked me to moved and ended up pushing me, I did not pay much attention. I move to next rack to keep shopping leaving my cart (as many of us do) for about 10 min, and when I came back to take my cart it wasn’t there. I asked Jessica about the cart and in a very indifferent way she responded it was COMPANY POLICY to clean the carts that aren not at all times with the customer, for which I responded I was shopping and that she had seen me. I escalated this to the manager as I felt there was no interest on her side to give a good customer service. Manager Claire showed up and, similarly to Jessica, said it was a “company policy” to put back everything if the cart is not with the customer, emphasizing how this policy is customer service, for which I decided to leave the store without purchasing and to write this review.
