I will admit that this place is cheap and will give you cheaper rates on a third party websites, but they won’t show the hygiene of the suite. On the maps it’s not even called WoodSpring so it can be hard to find. The suite is filthy and they don’t clean daily, they won’t clean during your stay. The sheets are dirty and so are the floors. The suites smells bad and it looked like people live there. There was a roach on inside the bathtub. The General Manager was super nice to us. I would not stay there again, but if you’re looking for a place to crash and don’t want to spend too much money and don’t care about the hygiene, this is the place for you!

Overpriced.....lotza vetrans, which I highly respect. However..a.lot of migrant workers and traveling hard working people being rowdy after work. I would not suggest a single female stay here. Most of the staff are extremely unfriendly, there were half a dozen that were polite. AND they make you pay to clean your TINY room and your linens. The quality certainly DOES NOT match the price. No pool either....vending machines and coin laundry are the only plus unless you like the strong smell of illegal drugs in the air!

Ok place. The only parking was in the back by the big trash cans, and they were overflowing EVERY single day. It was just disgusting, I don't know why they don't have more trash cans for overflow. Because of the mounds of trash on ground daily, there would be dogs, and raccoons digging in it every time I went to my car. One little trash can for the whole building seems ridiculous.

One of the worst stays I've ever experienced. My main concern was the constant overflowing dumpster. The putrid smell was constant. The combination of rain flow and Texas heat/ humidity created cesspool. My heart goes out to the handyman. Almost daily I witnessed him rebadging ripped up trashbags. I don't know how he stomached it. My main concerned being the children that had to dispose of their trash in such a hazardous environment. I minor scratch or a scraped knee from a fall could be detrimental. I've stayed in my share of hotels and I know what a linen exchange is. It's when you bring your linens to the front and EXCHANGE them for new ones... hence the term "Linen Exchange". Instead they take your towels, wash the and return them. Sometimes I turned in my towels in the morning and didn't get them back until NIGHT TIME! I'm grateful that I wasn't charged for the roaches that took it upon themselves to room with me. But that's another story. All of the entries had faulty doors making it difficult to gain access to the building. Most people just left the doors open. The grass area, sidewalks and driveway had dog poo to add to the filth of the dumpster situation. Management doesn't live on the property so I guess it's not their problem. I actually had the privilege of stepping in dog poo. When I washed my feet I dried them with a company towel. I asked them if I could pay to have the towel disposed of. At first, management insisted that it would be ok to put it in the MAIN washer. I explained that the men, women, children and elders on the property didn't deserve to have a filthy rag with fecal matter washed along with their linens. Eventually they gained some compassion for their tenants. Last but not least after deciding to vacate the property I asked for a late departure to clean my room to my own standards. Check out was at 11am. Their idea of a late departure is 11:30am. In addition, i had a $20 balance remaining that could have went toward my late departure. Then I was put on the no return list for the room not being clean. A brain is a terrible thing to waste. The residence are nice and so is the staff with the exception of management. The entire staff deserves a raise and new management. They are money hungry for bonuses and money is their God.

No need to reply. But tell...

Rep Sammy was horrible and needs Customer service training. We arrived for a late check-in and was given the wrong room, we went back down to the front desk and was told the room we have was for a double bed room, I showed the gentleman the room I paid for online with two beds in the room. He replied he told them to take that picture down. I told him that was false advertisement. He put us in a two double bed room and stated I had to be charged an additional $10 in the morning, and we could meet with the Manager Tracie, because there was nothing he could do at 1:15am. My Best friend went to take a shower and noticed baby roaches in the bathroom and told me she just killed them and flushed them in the toilet. We made the decision to leave and get another hotel in the morning because we were already charged for that night. That morning she noticed another roach clawing thinking it was on my bed. I told her to take a picture so we could show management. She did this roach was big and crawling fast on the night stand between the beds. When 7:05 came I told the maintenance guy who was on duty all night we was not staying he came to ask why, when I explained about the roaches, his response was yea he knew they just had an exterminator out the day before. Upon checking out I was told I would get a refund of the balance of $123.56 by the manager Ms. Tracey I would be refunded my funds that day. Yesterday as I went over my back statement I noticed I was charged the full 3 days of $189.62 under restaurant and it was traced back to Wood Springs by my bank. They are...

We came to this woodsprings after staying in another woodsprings in Baytown. After 2 days of staying in the woodsprings I-10 west, the manager comes knocking at the door giving us a paper saying we needed to be cleared out before the 11th. My husband pays till Tuesday the 11th exactly. Monday the 10th the manger is again knocking on the door saying we were supposed to be cleared out. Saying we owe money. When we paid for a week exactly. My husband goes and talks with her and she says she just gave the room FOR US away. We have 2 dogs and 3 kids. My husband continues to tell her and she says we need to be gone because others need the rooms. Well the whole 4th floor was being renovated so no one was supposed to be coming to stay on that floor but they were still giving it out to people. The other 2 workers here are nasty and rude. The room we had, was full of roaches and the room smelled. Gnats flying in the hallways. The elevator barley works. None of the doors you need a room key for work you have to go to the front every every time to get into the building because the other main doors don’t open. All in all someone new needs to be running this business and it needs new workers and not just ANYONE is cut out to be a MANAGER. Sending off a family with small kids to sleep in a 4 door car with a bow car full of things to live, is horrible...
