Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Texas

Came here yesterday 6/17/2021 after work as I hadn't used the phone app in a good while, Chick-fil-A was going to delete my participation today if I didn't get moving. The covid lockdowns plus closed dining rooms is why I'd been reluctant to visit any of the restaurants. Now seeing on Google Maps that his location's dining room is open, I visited yesterday to try the phone app. Placed and paid for order from the table I was siting at and the young man (employee) cheerfully brought my order to the table. Everything was fresh and hot, and I noticed the other employees were kept busy cleaning the tables and floors constantly. Overall, a 5 star performance and great meal. Great job Chick-fil-A and all the employees at this location. I will be back soon.

6/18/2021 - I came back today for a follow up visit for a quick lunch/dinner, got the same combo ordered the previous day. The dining room hostess (Kimberly) was absolutely fantastic checking on me several times to see if I needed anything. On receiving my order the first time, I noticed the Coca-Cola was too watery (carbonation bag in the box needed to be changed) she cheerfully took care of the issue. She checked on me several more times after that to see if I needed anything. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am completely shocked that after speaking with someone on the phone and telling me that they were going to give me a credit for giving me the wrong order. I felt the need to call back and make them aware because I didn’t want somebody else to also go through the same thing I did . This is how I started off my morning. Just trying to get breakfast at Chick-fil-A so I can get to work. I hold Chick-fil-A to high standards because they’re always pretty much on their A game but I can see that this Chick-fil-A is not like any other Chick-fil-A. They really need to step up their game. Make sure their chicken is cooked every time. I apologize to any other customers, I should’ve written a review previous to todays visit. Maybe I could’ve saved someone from the same issues I’ve been having With this one location. Maybe this is why they’re not as busy as everyone else is. I will be reaching out to corporate, since I’m not the only one who feels this way . Trust me, I was not looking for a handout. I was told the best they can do was take money off because they couldn’t find the credit or my name that was supposedly written down. Why would you say or why would you tell me that you’re going to write my name down for the future if you’re not really gonna do it and now I look stupid asking for something that nobody else is aware of I will not be returning! I love chick fil a! always have and always will! This is my closest location and it is on my way to work so its perfect. I hardly go inside always in the drive thru lane. Lanes do move quickly even when theirs many cars in line. Majority of the time they have great customer service always paying attention and making sure customers are well taken care of. The only reason why I gave it a four star instead of five is because theirs always one or two employees who are not paying attention. This is my FOURTH time out of the many times I go to this location that they put cheese on my biscuit when Im always specific and always let them know before going on with the rest of my order (NO CHEESE PLEASE). Iam allergic to it. So their goes my breakfast and it is not like I can go back Iam already at work. The kid taking my order in line did my order quickly it bothers me because this tends to happen when they do that. The other kid at the window was just talking to his buddy filling up the drinks. Was not courteous didnt even greet me when I drove up. Just told me my total and gave me my food without even looking at me. Pretty rude. This happened today 06/06/19 at 9:30am.
