The manger and owner of this business is highly unprofessional. I placed a to go order over the phone for fried crab puffs and shrimp fried rice. When I arrived, I decided that I didn’t want the rice anymore and politely asked for him to take it off. He expressed frustration and said that he already cooked it and that I was rude for wanting to take the rice off. I understand as a small business that you don’t want to waste food, but if a customer asks for something to be politely taken off the order regardless of what the reason is, it should be removed no questions asked. He insisted on arguing with me and telling me how it wasn’t right that I wanted to have the rice taken off. I then told him I understood but i no longer wanted it and proceeded to ask him to take it off. He then said, he understood and told me he was just expressing his frustration. I then told him I didn’t care about his frustration because I had already asked twice for him to take the rice off. The way he communicated that was highly unprofessional and incredibly rude. At that moment he refused service to me all just because I didn’t want the rice anymore. I was so heated that he treated me that way that I threw a cup at him and his coworker said “how rude”. But didn’t find it rude that he denied me getting my food all just because I didn’t want to get the rice anymore. I don’t know if he was just racist or he was just hurt about me not wanting the rice anymore. Either way, he was unprofessional and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business if he’s going to be butt hurt over some ride. First I would like to say the manager, and staff does not value their customers. The manager is very disrespectful. I ordered a combination fried rice that is supposed to have shrimp, beef, eggs, chicken, and other ingredients. I paid $14 dollars for it and when I got home is was a very large portion of rice but with hardly any shrimp, chicken, beef or eggs in it. It was just a bunch of rice. When I went back the the restaurant to complain management was very rude. I said there is no way I should pay $14 for a combination rice that doesn't hardly have any of the things advertises in it. The manager told me they always only put 5 shrimp in the rice and he was very rude about it. A combination rice should have ingredients all throughout the rice in every bite, but their rice does not. It's just a large pile of rice not worth $14 at all. Customer service is poor prices are high and portions are very small. They hardly have customers and I can see why. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. They put the same energy into their customer service and that's nothing. We need to stop supporting and spending our money in places like this who don't value customers or even care if you return. If they get your money once that's all they care about. It's really sad. This is the worst Chinese Food restaurant I have ever went to and I will never step foot I side again. Who wants to get met by a rube manager if you have a problem with your order. I'm so glad I had the pleasure of eating here! I went on a Saturday and was ecstatic they had a lunch menu option for the weekend! The food was extremely fresh. The egg rolls were huge, definitely good for 2 people. The general Tao's chicken was also really good, the pieces of chicken were pretty big which always makes me hesitant but they had just the right amount of crispiness and no tendons to be found! Don't be fooled by the picture of the egg drop soup, that was the lunch portion and it was more of a bowl than a cup! Overall this place was amazing.
